Cozy Home w Neighborhood Beach! Near Harbor&Beach

Escape to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, located just a short stroll from the neighborhood beach. Perfectly situated, it`s only 9 minutes to Harbor Beach, 23 minutes to Port Austin, and 6 minutes to Harbor Beach Campground. Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a serene outdoor space. Ideal for family getaways or group retreats. Book your stay for a relaxing and convenient beachside experience!
*please note that the beach is a little rocky and we recommend water shoes*
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Clean house with everything we needed

The house was very clean, perfect size for 2 couples, had absolutely everything we needed and a thoughtful welcome package. I felt it was overpriced for the location. The lake view was blocked by a row of houses. It was easy driving distance to Port Austin and Harbor Beach but there was not much in the immediate area.
