Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house on the south end of Topsail Beach, North Carolina at Serenity Point. Close proximity to both the ocean and intracoastal. Enjoy a 2 min (.1) walk to the sound-side beach or a 5 min (.3) walk to the oceanfront side. This beautiful property offers a cozy and adorable atmosphere that will instantly make guests feel at home. With 1 king bed (newly added!) 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 3 twin beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and get a good night's sleep. The house features 3 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub for a soothing and relaxing experience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Topsail Beach and our house has to offer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances (microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder/maker, and blender). We have high speed wireless internet, streaming, multiple large TVs, DVD player, stereo with CD player, a gas fireplace, and a hot tub. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit and an outside shower with hot water. The owners are avid Peloton-ers and are happy to offer a Peloton for guests to use in the primary bedroom!

Serenity Point is a relatively undiscovered paradise. The view is spectacular from the oceanfront deck. The uncrowded beach extends more than a mile along an unspoiled reserve for endangered plovers and sea turtles. Around the point, you have easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the four decks.

This was our first time to Topsail and we all loved it! The house was as expected, with easy walks to beach and serenity point. It fit two families with 4 adults and 6 kids comfortably. When we had a small issue the owner was very responsive and took care of the problem quickly. We are already ready to rebook for next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great home in a perfect location! If you are aTopsail regular, you know being at the very point of the island is a wonderful location - easy access to both the sound and ocean. The house was clean and well appointed. It was wonderful having access to beach equipment and the ping pong table downstairs was great for entertaining kids. One thing to note is that the outdoor shower doesn’t have a door or curtain. A perfect week of R&R! We hope to be back again next summer!

Last Minute Getaway

Great fall getaway

Great house with all the necessities. Comfortably big enough for my family of 4 (two kids under 4) Quiet location at the very north end of the island. Peloton was a plus!

The home was perfect for our family getaway at Topsail Beach for the end of summer!! Love the home and the amenities! The house was set up to comfortably handle our whole group. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Great access to the beach. Great views of serenity point. Plenty of things to do in the area of Topsail Beach and Surf City, even in offseason. We made so many memories and we will be rebooking for our next visit to North Carolina. The property owners were very nice & attentive, and they responded quickly to any question we had!

We love the hidden gem that is Serenity Point. You get two beach experiences in one beautiful area. The sound side beach offers white sandy beaches and the quiet waterside perfect for little kiddos where the bigger waves on the oceanside might be a bit strong. The oceanside offers the uncrowded and expansive beaches perfect for boogie boarding and sand castles.
