Just wanted to say we had a great time at a Amelia Island. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property. Is a group of pastors and their wives come down for some Fishing, Fellowship and shopping. Great host property was clean and was exactly like it was described.

The townhouse was beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and there was plenty of room for all of us. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach was beautiful. It was not crowded like most beaches this time of year so that was also great. The only “problem” we had was that the grill was not there but the host responded quickly and brought us one within 30 minutes. My extended family had a great time.

This house is in a great location on Amelia Island. The house was perfect for our family getaway for spring break. From a fully stocked kitchen to 5 bedrooms and an open comfortable area to play games and relax, we enjoyed the blaconies even in the cold weather. Highly recommend this awesome home and the elevator made it so easy to move in and out!

The 3 story townhome is very comfortable for a large family/group! The large kitchen/family ROOMS on the third floor permit all adults to enjoy the space comfortably.First floor is very senior friendly - with the elevator to avoid stairs.

We had a great stay in Fernandina! We were there for our wedding weekend and rented this townhouse for our bridal party to stay. It was perfect for us and very convenient to get to the beach and downtown areas.

Home is spacious and furnished well with easy access to the beach. The bedding was “smelly” -from whatever detergent was used (I know everyone is not sensitive to that but we were). It seemed to be “uncared for” - dead plant in living area, smelly garbage disposal upon arrival, several light bulbs out. Even though this is the “off season” I expected more. With that said it is a great value and a great location.
