You know, we have been hosting for 8 years, and all of our guests have really had a great time as we have worked so hard to tend to everyone’s needs and concerns and there are always going to be little things here and there that our guests and my team and I always thoroughly work out as we are hands on and always available 24-7. This review here is the most disrespectful message to us that we’ve had in the 8 years accommodating thousands of guests from around the world. I really never leave and negative messages, but this man Joseph is completely the most negative guest we’ve had to our beautiful island. This listing is a combination of 2 listings that have been running for years. We have new air conditioners in the rooms and they cool the entire unit very well. Our manager installed them, and Joseph couldn’t figure out how to work them with the manual left there. They all worked fine. There was a light squeak when the water was filled in one of the toilets, all it was is the float valve which we replaced and those things happen. The laundry room is right out of the door. The other guests have their own washer/dryer in the unit, so it is not shared. It’s a duplex, you walk out of the door and into the other unit. Joseph, I’m so sorry you had such a horrible time. It’s Hawai’i, we are not doing this to be ridiculed, I think you need to lighten up and relax especially here in the aloha state. The price is so very reasonable. Future hosts, be wary of this guest as you will definetly have something for him to complain about because there’s no enjoying the trip for him but to just complain and lie about things. Aloha!
