Welcome to Water's Edge! A tranquil retreat on the shores of Lake Erie.

This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 full bath home is centrally located between Geneva-on-the-Lake (10 minute drive) and Historic Ashtabula Harbor (5 minute drive). Just a short drive from Walnut Beach and with more than 20 wineries within a 20 minute drive from the home there is plenty to do, although you may find you don't want to leave!

The newly built outdoor firepit with swings and adirnondak chairs is the perfect spot to have coffee and watch the sunrise or have a glass of wine as the sun sets. A peaceful and quiet retreat complete with stunning views and a myriad of wildlife including some incredible birding. Please note there is NO LAKE ACCESS and the bluff at water's edge is fairly steep, please watch small children.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking together. Two sinks and a 6 burner stove-top complete with gridle make it easy for everyone to help!

The indoor dining table with seating for 8 boasts stunning views of lake erie and includes two large sliding glass doors. Just off the indoor dining is a private outdoor dining space with seating for 8 and a gas grill.

The family room, with it's large seafoam green sectional is a comfy place to lounge and watch a show or just gaze at Lake Erie as it changes throughout the day! You might even catch the bald eagle as it flies overwater!

Also on the first floor you will find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The back bedroom includes a queen size bed, dresser and plenty of closet space. The front "wood" bedroom is like a private cozy cabin with panoramic lake views, and a twin daybed with a pull out trundle underneath.

The first floor bathroom inludes a walk in shower.

Off the center hallway you will find the stairs to the second floor which includes two more bedrooms, both with beautiful lake views, a bonus room, and another full bathroom. The larger bedroom includes a king sized bed, stunning views and an en suite television. This room inlcludes a walk in closet, and a bonus room with a twin bed, children's play area and pack n'play. Great for families with small children! Please note that the only way to access this small bedroom with twin bed and pack n play is to go THROUGH the master bedroom.

The bright and sunny second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet and breathtaking lake views.

Also upstairs is the second full bathroom also with a walk in shower.

Off the kitchen you will find stairs to the basement rec room. The rec room includes a foosball table, shuffleboard table, wall connect four and tic-tac-toe as well as games and bean bag seating for teens to "chill". The rec room is complete with a smart TV.

This home is in a lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum and no parties please.

Guests have access to the entire home, inlcuding the basement.

There is no access to the garage.
