This 4,000 sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps eight adults in and boasts a chef's kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a gorgeous screened-in sunroom with big screen TV, large couch and chairs. This beautiful home has two master king suites each with ensuite baths and walk in closets. Ultra-high ceilings, large sunny windows and spacious open layouts throughout. Spectacular 40x20 heated pool with a slate patio, sun ledge, and waterfall. Full size deck with dining and sitting area. Resort living with a hot tub, steam shower, and jacuzzi. Perfect for large families, groups, and entertaining. Bike to the beach in less than 1.5 miles. Includes kayaks, paddle boards and bikes for families. Sleeps 8 adults in beds! Each room in the house is equipped with a mounted flat screen TV.

The kitchen and dining area have a view of the deck that overlooks the fully fenced-in backyard with the pool. Relax in the living room or family room or respond to some emails in the cozy home office. Plan a trip to Shelter Island, Sag Harbor, and the Hamptons via the North and South Ferries! There are plenty of nearby North Fork beaches along either the Long Island Sound or Peconic Bay to enjoy.his home is a perfect spot for a relaxing, dreamy, North Fork escape! Just a short drive away from some of the best vineyards on the North Fork, the famous Love Lane, Beaches on the Long Island Sound as well as Peconic Bay. You will never be bored. There is plenty of shopping in Southold, Mattituck, Greenport Town and Tanger Outlets in Riverhead with countless little shops filling the space between.

Wonderful North Fork Home

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. The host was super thoughtful about every detail to ensure a wonderful stay. We really appreciated the special touches. The house has plenty of space and the backyard and pool are amazing. We would definitely rent this house again and we highly recommend!!

Perfect Gathering Spot!

This home is beautiful, spacious and a wonderful gate away! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with an incredible yard. It was perfect for our gathering with several families and young kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is sprawling with plenty of room to spread out. The cute touches like puzzle challenges and games to play made it lovely. The screened in porch with heaters was a favorite spot of adults and kids alike. We would highly recommend and stay again!

A wonderful family (and friends) friendly rental property with plenty of amenities and spaces to spread out! Plenty of room, beds, baths and different spaces for our large group. Could definitely have stayed longer. Very clean and well appointed with extra throws to blenders to games to kitchen supplies. Pool was lovely, fully fenced yard was idyllic for our pups and lawn games, open kitchen to one of several lounge areas made for just the right group time. The outdoor fireplace screened porch room was perfect for cozy evening games and chats. Location was in a quiet wooded neighborhood, near many dining options and vineyards. Good communication with the owner who was quite responsive, especially when things werent quite as expected - he attempted to remedy immediately which was much appreciated. That said, this is definitely a rental property in need of some better management and maintenance - for example hottub wasn't ready upon arrival, several sink drains werent working, waterfall wasnt working, and many drywall patches throughout. Still would 100% recommend to anyone, just don't expect a luxury home away from home finishes.

Spectacular Home!

This home is very special! This home is absolutely stunning! If you're seeking a spacious and private getaway, look no further. With four large bedrooms, including two master suites, it's perfect for multiple families traveling together. The beautifully decorated home office was a lifesaver for because we spent a day working remotely. The neighborhood is ideal for walks and bike rides, conveniently close to several vineyards and the brewery. Just a short drive away, Greenport and Mattituck. We took the ferries to Sag Harbor for dinner and also enjoyed the restaurants closer to the house. We enjoyed grilling dinners and gathering around the elegantly set dining table for 12 in the dining room. The screened porch with comfy couches was a favorite spot where we all relaxed and watched the Olympics together. There were awesome fireplaces which would be perfect for the winter!! The huge, resort-quality pool, hot tub, and fire pit were absolutely amazing. The meticulously maintained landscaping of the property added to the overall charm. Every room features large TVs, and there were bikes, stand-up paddle boards, and pool floats available for our use. Mornings were spent at the local beach, paddle boarding on the tranquil waters of the Peconic Bay. We will definitely be returning. The homeowner Jon was very helpful and responsive! . Highly recommend a stay here!
