SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement") is made by and between MGC Park Place LLC (“Homeowner") and ______________________ (“Guest") as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1.Property: 727 Park St. Paso Robles, CA The property is furnished and includes Linens, towels, some paper goods, dishes, silverware, normal household pots and pans, TV, DVD, Direct TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster, range and oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, BBQ, & Bicycles.
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of paid Guest only. _____________, _____________,

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 people if renting as a 2 bedroom & 7 people if renting as a 3 bedroom home. An additional charge or $25 per person per night for guests in addition to 6 will be assessed.
4. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 3 p.m. on ____________( the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 11 a.m. on ______________ (the “Checkout Date"). Your date reserved is the check-in date in Home Away or Airbnb reservation.
5. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules found under Rules in listing.
6. Home owner reserves the right of reasonable entry.
8. Rental Rate and Fees, deposit per listing Airbnb and Home Away.
Deposit covers: Damage to the property or furnishings, dirt or other issues requiring excessive cleaning, smoking in the home or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay.
9. Cancellation Policy: Per listing agreement in Airbnb and Home Away.
By booking this unit, the renter agrees that the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, including but not limited to tree limbs and acorns falling, or other acts of god. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter or guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise including but not limited to Barbecuing and other actives (all risks).
The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement and the rules and regulations, as evidenced by booking the property and agrees to sign upon arrival. Owner is a Ca. licensed Real Estate professional. Verification ID required upon arrival.

Please review it is located on the Tourism Fact Sheet. You must also sign the PEAD (Property Entry Advisory and Declaration) issued by CAR for entry & during your stay. By signing this document you are certifying that you fall into WHO may stay per the tourism Fact Sheet.
4. Short term renter/ signer (you) are voluntarily renting and entering the property and acknowledge that although others have attempted to clean and disinfect the property after each rental period, doing so may not result in 100% clean. The owner/ managers uses best efforts to clean the premises but cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the home or contents. You agree to take all reasonable and necessary precautions to protect yourself and others from COVID-19 per the statements listed on the PEAD form attached.
By signing below the signer has read, understands, voluntarily agrees to the forgoing, and has received & signed a copy of the Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration (PEAD) Both documents are agreed part of the short term rental agreement for this property. You understand and agree that no one, including but not limited to owners/managers, can guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 and that you ASSUME ALL RISK applicable to COVID-19. You further agree not to enter the property if you or one of your party is SICK day of travel.
