Very convenient house close to downtown Silver Spring, MD. Has A plenty of space for a big group. The only surprise was at night when you can hear the traffic from the main road since the bedrooms are facing towards the road. Other than that, we enjoyed this place.

Great house, great location!

Beautiful house, unique 70s layout in great condition, great for a family getaway. Located in a convenient area of Silver Spring and about 30 mins from downtown DC. Easy check in. Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the property fit our needs. Large dining area, living room with a piano, a solarium, office, three bedrooms and two full baths. The host was very accommodating.

Weekend trip

We were a group of 5 traveling to see games at Camden Yards. This house gave us a comfortable place to stay together. It's a beautiful and unique house from the 1950's that has been modernized. It had everything we needed, and we hope to stay there the next time we are in the area.

Beautiful house with lots of open space

We stayed here for a wedding. We shared the house with family members from 3 different states and loved that it offered both plenty of privacy and an open common space so we could easily visit. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The only downside was that it is a very busy road and the traffic can be a bit noisy.

Great House

The house was great. There was plenty of room, very clean, well organized kitchen with all the necessities (minus a muffin or cake pan). The host was super responsive and answered all our questions. It’s walkable to lots of restaurants. We parked at the metro (maybe 5min drive) and easily got into DC. It is off of a major road which I hadn’t been expecting. The driveway is great and easy to turn around in so you can get out. There is a decent amount of road noise that you can hear in the bedrooms, but it did not bother any of us (some of us live urban, some live suburb). Would absolutely stay again!

We had a group of us that traveled to DC. This house was simply amazing. It allowed plenty of space for everyone. Different areas you can sit and have conversations. It was located a mile from the metro so we were able to take the short train ride into DC. The house had everything needed and more. Will definitely will be back to this VRBO when we come back.

came to Washington DC for several days, needed a place that could accommodate six people. This fit the bill, had plenty of room for everyone. One thing to be aware of is this house is on a very busy street, and it was only steps away from it. We were woken up several times throughout our stay and at all hours of the night with police sirens, racing traffic, you name it. we eventually ended up getting earplugs to sleep through the night. After that, it was OK.

Apartment was clean however listing was not at all accurate. No hot tub at property like listed. Bathroom had an half size apartment bath tub / shower with jets bit certainly not what was listed. List of house rules given at check in stating : no shoes in bedroom/bathroom level of house, do not flush anything including toilet paper in toilet, quiet after 10pm, not allowed to move furnature. House was clean but very dated. Very disapointed we specifically searched for hot tub when looking for a property and feel decieved by listing.
