We visited Louisville while on our way to the Bourbon Trail with friends. There were four adults staying and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.
We arrived and had to contact the host and he was quick to respond. He handled our needs quickly. Home is very nicely set up and equipped. I would stay again.
My family of 4 stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo. It was a perfect location with just. a short 15 minute drive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of room (bigger than we excepted!) We 100% recommend this location. The owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay! Your house is beautiful!

The inside was fine, minimal kitchen supplies for a weeks stay. The outside deck and furniture looked like they had not been cleaned in months. Dirt, stick and leaves on the couch. Mold growing between the cushions. Something dead under the deck and many, many flies. Front porch was full of dirt and debris, webs and dried feces on the porch and on planter. Front gate unable to open as sidewalk has heaved, therefore, in order to put garbage out to dumpster that is on boulevard in front you have to walk around the block with your garbage to dispose of it. We had reservation for 7 nights, left after 4.
Property was within walking distance to many great restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for to feel more like home. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part except the occasional helicopter in the middle of the night. Host is great with communication.
Host was very responsive. The house was nice, loved the parking in the back since we couldn’t ever find a spot on the street. Would definitely stay here again.
The house has old charm with modern conveineces. Scott was super friendly and reachable. Great location and nice to have a place to park behind the house.
Parking was very good under the awning in the back. The alley could use some clean-up work. The host came over right away when the entry lock wouldn't work correctly. The only major complaint that we had was that there were ants in the kitchen (we left a note for the cleaning crew to spray the kitchen counter where we saw them).
