Great place to stay

We have been coming down to Onset since i was a kid. They did a great job on this proerty. Plenty of amenities for you and location to the local beach was great. Place looked really clean and nice. Only issue we had was pnly one bathroom on the bittome floor and steep steps up to the beds but that is normal for most cape cod houses. We would for sure stay here again.

This is a beautiful and well appointed home close to everything any family with young teenagers could possibly want to do. We ran out of time way before we ran out of activities! The owners provided everything we needed and were super responsive. We felt warmly welcomed and had all the beauty and comfort we needed for a great vacation. We were worried at the beginning about the fact that there's only 1 bathroom and we were 5 people, but with the wonderful (clean and well kept) outdoor shower with hot water and the giant size of the indoor bathroom (which was modern and as beautifully appointed as the rest of the house) we made it work! The modern kitchen with the huge gas stove and the big outdoor grill were highlights for us because we love to cook. We had everything we needed and more. Great vacation home!

You’re just steps from the beach, set in a quiet neighborhood that still keeps you close to everything. It has that relaxed coastal feel where you can slow down, but you’re never far from great restaurants, cafés, and local shops in Onset Village.

The home itself is designed for simple, comfortable living. It features three spacious bedrooms, central air conditioning (a big plus in summer), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, open living space. One of the highlights is the large covered porch, perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or winding down after a beach day. The outdoor shower is also a guest favorite, making beach days easy and mess-free.

Beyond the home, you’re in a great spot for exploring. The Cape Cod Canal, Water Wizz water park, and local beaches are all nearby, giving you plenty to do without long drives.

Another key advantage is the location just before the Bourne Bridge. This means you can enjoy Cape Cod without being stuck in the heavy weekend traffic that often comes with deeper Cape stays. It makes arrivals and day trips much easier and more relaxed.
