This is a 3 Bedroom, 4 bath Condo in beautiful Ixtapa. It is located on the Marina with a magnificent view of the boats entering the marina and going to the ocean. It has a very large newly renovated terrace, with an out door living room and dining room. It also has a jacuzzi on the terrace and little bar with two hammocks to relax in. There is an indoor living and dining room area. The master bedroom has a king bed with a sofa and trundle. The second bedroom has 1king size bed and a trundle. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. It has its own parking space. There is available daily housekeeper who will come and cook and clean for all your guests at an extra cost.

Recently Renovated Kitchen with new Refrigerator and Freezer, Stove, Dishwasher, new cabinetry and Marble countertops.

Has WiFY , Internet, smart TV to watch Netflix , Amazon etc (if you have an account with them), also Bluetooth music center, new washer and Dryer and a beautiful swimming pool below the terrace in an enclosed condo complex
Monthly rates available except during Christmas, New Year and the 2 weeks around Easter
We have an umbrella con a table,4 chairs and 4 lounges for the swimming pool area.
It is within walking distance to restaurants, beach, stores and buses or you can order taxies to pick you up, we also have a parking space if you rent a car.
Ixtapa is small so you can really walk anywhere

Marina condo

The place was in a beautiful location, with a MAGNIFICENT deck overlooking the marina. It was clean when we got there, and staff onsite were pleasant and helpful. The owner was very responsive and treated us well. Our only downside was that it is quite remote from any of the action. You either have to take cabs everywhere, or walk quite a distance around the marina to catch a bus to take you to restaurants and stores etc. If you have mobility issues the walk to the bus could be a problem. But that's not the condo owner's fault. The place itself was wonderful and we would highly recommend this listing to fellow travelers.

We felt that the condo was in a perfect location and very comfortable for 4 people.

The condo could use an update in the kitchen cupboards. The fridge and dishwasher were fine but the stove was very old and dirty but it functioned. Our only criticism was that we were given no information about the pool furniture, how to get water, ice or any method of public transport upon arrival. Very few staff spoke any English but our neighbouring condo dwellers were very helpful. In time we found our way to amenities. I received an e-mail stating that our $500.00 U.S. has been refunded to my credit card on Mar. 16, 2019. As of today, Mar. 19, 2019 there has been NO refund. I am wondering where this refund went as I have not received it. Bette Mortley

We loved it here ....

We recently stayed at this condo on the Marina for one month and absolutely loved it. This three bedroom, four bathroom condo is nicely decorated in Mexican style with lots of colour and high quality furnishings. We spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the beautiful water view and watching the boats come and go from the Marina. The king bed was very comfortable, and the hot water and shower pressure was never a problem. The kitchen was small and a little older looking, but was very well equipped with dishes and spices .. everything you need to cook at home. All appliances worked very well. The condo is situated on the other side of the Marina, so you should be aware if you do not have a car, there is some walking involved around the Marina to reach the condo .. about one kilometer. This was not a problem for us .. it is a beautiful walk, but it is something to be aware of. The property itself was gorgeous .. extremely well taken care of with lots of beautiful flowers and trees. Pool right outside the condo was crystal clear and we enjoyed it every day. All in all, we felt very comfortable here and hope to return again some day. Communication with owner Gloria was easy and she was quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this condo .. just being here made us happy ...

Relaxing 23 Days in Ixtapa, Beautiful View, Wonderful Home

The accommodation met all our needs and more. The owner Gloria went about making our stay most enjoyable. She had effected several changes before our arrival such as new terrazzo on the deck which was so beautiful. She even provided some helpful groceries for our first breakfast. The Patio/Deck is at least 350 sq/ft/ on which we spent many mornings and evenings watching the Pelicans and the fishermen compete for the abundant fish. The view from the shared pool allowed us to see the boats glide by. We kept the doors open during the night and used the ceiling fans to cool the rooms. My wife and i prefer not to use air conditioning and were comfortable without it. I would not hesitate to recommend Gloria's condo to anyone.

Physician who has a vacation home to rent. I love to travel with my family and have made many memories at my rental property, but now my children are married and we do not get to go down as often. I like to go to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in a quiet place.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because my sister and her family had a property in the same building. We have spent holidays together there for the past 18 years. My children are adults and married, so we go down less often. It is relaxing and tranquil away from city life.

What makes this property unique

We have two hammocks on the terrace, to relax and read. There is also a hot tub and a housekeeper, so you can fully relax and unwind.
