Welcome to our romantic, adults-only resort in Royal. We're located just 2 minutes outside of Hot Springs and 15 minutes from downtown. Our cozy retreat offers a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a charming living room with a queen sofa bed for additional comfort. Each home is stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay (just bring your food and drinks!). We provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner, all the essentials, pool towels, linens, sunscreen, and cozy robes. The only thing we can’t do is dry your swimsuits!

During your stay, unwind by the pool or in the hot tub, surrounded by the soothing sounds of waterfalls. For a unique experience, indulge in a shower under the stars or gather around the fire pit, immersing yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature.


To cater to your culinary desires, we provide a community kitchen equipped with a Blackstone grill and a gas grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals at your leisure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check in time is between 3pm-10pm. If you will be arriving after 10pm, please let us know before your stay so we can make arrangements.
Please do not bring the courtesy carts into the homes
No smoking on the pool deck. Only by the fire pit or community kitchen. Anywhere you see an ashtray. Let us know prior to stay we can accommodate you.
