Welcome to our romantic, adults-only resort in Royal. We're located just 2 minutes outside of Hot Springs and 15 minutes from downtown. Our cozy retreat offers a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a charming living room with a queen sofa bed for additional comfort. Each home is stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay (just bring your flipflops, bathing suits, favorite lidded cup, food and drinks!). We provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner (not the cheap stuff), all the essentials, pool towels, linens, sunscreen, and cozy robes. The only thing we can’t do is dry your swimsuits!
During your stay, unwind by the pool or in the hot tub, surrounded by the soothing sounds of waterfalls. For a unique experience, indulge in a shower under the stars or gather around the fire pit, immersing yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature. Pool is NOT heated.
To cater to your culinary desires, we provide a community kitchen equipped with a Blackstone grill, Blackstone pizza oven that can be used to bake other items, and a gas grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals at your leisure.

We chose this area about 5 years ago to build our home because its close to all that Hot Springs has to offer and Lake Ouachita.
What makes this property unique
We intentionally created an adults-only resort because we believe relaxation should actually feel relaxing. No children, no chaos-just a peaceful space designed for adults to unwind, reconnect and truly get away. Many of our guests tell us they were looking for exactly this kind of quiet, stress-free escape and they love that they have found it with us.
