Enjoy convenient amenities like whole house water filter and reverse osmosis tap, WiFi, a fitness room, private backyard with a heated salt water pool, 1 car garage, large parking area, and a washer and dryer. Relax in the living room with an additional sofa bed for extra comfort.

Grill, swim, and chill in your private backyard oasis with tropical landscaping, large yard, pool, patio and covered grilling area.

Rykham Park is located only ½ mile away where you can play tennis, pickleball, basketball, and enjoy walks on the Banana River boardwalk. You can go for long walks and bike rides right out your front door. Your home also includes a 1 car garage for your use with a full crossfit fitness area.

PLEASE NOTE: NO large gatherings or parties. The Town of Melbourne beach is very strict with maximum occupancy. MAXIMUM occupancy is 10 guests on property at any time. We had one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The house had room for all 3 of our adult children and us. We grilled out, swam, played games, and walked the beach for more shells than you could ever want. The wifi is a bit spotty but I loved that my adult kids couldn’t all be on apps. I would only say that if you need to work from the house, bring a wifi extender or something. Overall 10/10

Melbourne Beach Oak Street

Everything was perfect. The house was roomy, homey and private. The location enabled us to easily access a very private beach. We lived how it was walkable to so many great restaurants, businesses and parks. We highly recommend!

Beachy Gem in a Fabulous Neighborhood

We enjoyed every moment in this stunning property! The house is on a busy road, but the combination of setback, and the home's construction, made this a quiet and relaxing stay for us. The beautiful pool area and beach access across the street were great options, and we took advantage of easy walks to the market and restaurants nearby. Welcome treats on our arrival was icing on the cake!

This was the best vacation rental home I have stayed out over the last 20 years of vacation traveling; this house has everything you need for multiple families. First, let me tell you each bedroom has the most comfortable king size bed to sleep on, I will be purchasing a new king mattress after spending the most comfortable 5 nights of my life. Each of the 3 bathrooms had plenty of towels, beach towels and sheets and blankets. Don't bring anything for the beach, this house has everything, beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, beach toys, pool toys, BBQ propane and charcoal out back for dinner, I live locally and brought so many things for my vacation that I didn't unpack or use. The private beach access gate was so convenient that we watched sunrise every morning with my 6-month-old granddaughter.The owner Chris was so responsive and accommodating, it was an amazing experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas vacation. I will definitely be staying at this beach house again.

Melbourne Beach is a laid back surf town. We enjoy walking and riding bikes through the endless neighborhood blocks. Having convenient acess to both river and ocean sides of the island.
