Paradise found! Come relax and play at our awe-inspiring home on Lake Travis with panoramic, massive views over the lake. Take in brilliant sunsets as you relax in the tranquil hot tub on the back deck. This home is a secluded getaway with sweeping lake views, access to Lake Travis and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Austin. With empty lots on both sides, this quiet gem overlooks the vast lake from the back decks and balcony and from walls of windows in 2 master bedroom and living areas. Swim off the private dock, store your own boat or charter a sail boat ride.
Boat dock status as of spring/summer 2024:
We are fortunate to be located in the deepest part of Lake Travis. Our dock is still in the water with plenty of depth to dock a boat.
The property has a series of spiral staircases and a long staircase down to the lake from the house. The staircase does not reach all the way to the dock because of the current lake level. Guests who are able to walk down the staircases to the dock would likely be able to cross the rocks between the staircase and the dock. Born and raised Austinites, we decided to buy this home together to have a getaway for ourselves and our families. We want to share it with you! We love Austin and enjoy rock climbing, biking, hiking and the charming restaurant, art, and music scene.

With our entire family living in Austin, we dreamed of a place where we could get away and relax, enjoy each other's company, have the world's most gorgeous view, yet was close enough where we could all meet up within 20 minutes. We love this house and know you will too!

As you approach the house the immense panorama of Lake Travis will impress even the most savvy lover of lakes. Its various decks and balcony give multiple locations to get away. You're already at the lake before your feet touch the water! The same panoramas can be seen from both master bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and entry.
