Very nice property in a beautiful neighborhood- easy access for ride share. Loved how each room had their own bathroom, also another 1/2 bath off the rooftop deck. Host was super easy to ask any questions too. Only problem was rain, but that’s out of our control. Only suggestion would be to have information on local activities- we stumbled on a walking distance park and museum that were nice daytime activities.

Great place to stay! We had no issues and would rent again. Close to Vanderbilt which is just what we needed. Our car didn’t fit in the garage and there are a lot of stairs but definitely 5stars!

This home was exactly what we needed for the weekend away in Nashville. It wasn’t too far from the main attractions and it was an easy walk to many places in town. We did not find the home lacking in anyway. Great stay!

Great location to University

Had a wonderful time great location to Vanderbilt University, football stadium, very quiet neighborhood, bring your exercise shoes, cause there’s a few steps up and down

New year’s in Nashville

The site was good except the tv in the living room was not functioning correctly. We had planned to watch sports together in a comfortable space but could not. Owner responded but did not replace the tv so we had to sit at a dining room table to watch.
