Villa Hunter is a beautiful private detached 3 bedroom
boutique villa with Private pool set in a commanding positions with far reaching views over the Paphos coast and coral Bay, in the village of Tala.
A traditional Cypriot village, Tala has been described as the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. You will become part of a great local community with several tavernas and a couple of bars located around the village square. That is if you can leave your beautiful new Villa behind.
We are fully licensed by the Cyprus ministry of tourism No 0009509.
We really are in the BEST LOCATION in Tala, an easy 8 minutes walk or 1 min drive to the Tavernas in Tala square and great uninterrupted views over the paphos coast. The villa is not on a large estate as per others on the this site but by itself with just a couple of villas to your right and the next door villa is only occupied in august ( a lovely Cypriot family who will make you very welcome) so you will have a very quiet and private stay.

Set in a quiet location with it's own pool & well maintained gardens you can enjoy a quiet or romantic stay in this designer villa. The villa has a contemporary feel, furnished by Bo- Concept & interior design by Conrad.
We have furnished the villa to give you a relaxing stay but with all the toy's including, Free WiFi , 50 Inc TV, PS2, CD, bluetooth speakers inside and for outside the villa, DVD, home cinima and SKY internet TV.

3 large bedrooms the huge master bedroom is queen size 2nd king size then a 3rd twin bedroom allwith finest Egyptian cotton linen will ensure a great nights sleep. The master bedroom & 2nd bedroom have new ceiling fans that makes for a comfortable nights sleep in the summer.
A cot is available by arrangement and also a Stair gate and hire chair.

Outside the comfortable seating area is ideal for a relaxing drink while watching the sunset or the decked eating area with the new sunsail creates a lovely outside area with under floor lighting for an evening Cypriot BBQ

Sit outside at night under the new sunsail with outside deck lights for a lovely evening drink. The new sunsail creates a really shaded area to eat and relax through the day, out of the sun and for you to enjoy the views to the sea and the paphos coast,

We have Free WIFI & Internet access in the villa again rare for a holiday villa. We have also just added a new internet TV system that shows all UK channels, BBC,ITV Sky & Sky sports plus you can see all the latest Movies that are just out on one system. The best package on the island.

Outside there is a large outdoor bean bags for sleeping around the pool, huge and really comfortable.

Our Heated Pool is a must to get you swimming outside of july & August so why not treat yourselves and enjoy a swim under the stars. This is very rare to find in cyprus and a real luxury. In Febuary this year the pool was 30 deg WOW how great to swim in the winter when normal pools are freezing at 10 degrees.

WE ARE THE ONLY VILLA THAT WILL HAVE YOU SWIMMING IN A WARM POOL IN THE WINTER MONTHS.
There is a small charge to just cover the running cost as it is expensive to run but a nice luxury to have.

Tala Village: The village of Tala is often described as the Beverly Hills of Cyprus.It has a mix of local traditional Cypriot life, expats and large holiday villas set on the hills overlooking Paphos and Coral Bay. It has excellent local facilities with 2 bars, the wonderful walled Hazeli wine bar and 5 local tavernas offering freshly cooked traditional meat, fish and mezze all set in and around the village square.

Traditional Cypriot entertainment is also available on several evenings in the local tavernas. The Easter celebrations during the Greek orthodox holidays are the high light of the local festivals , something not to be missed.

Tala village provides a lovely blend of traditional Cypriot life that makes for an unforgettable holiday experience.
You will experience the real Cypriot life style in a wonderful village while only minutes drive from the blue flag beach of Colal Bay in a fantastic luxury villa.

Out and About: To make the most of your trip hire a car. There are many great places to visit, the historic monuments at the Tomb of the Kings, a local monastery, plus some fantastic fishing villages and mountain tavernas. The blue flag sandy beach at coral bay is 8 mins away & paphos town with local markets & designer shops just down the hill. A great water park and go - karts will keep the kids happy while paphos itself has an upbeat night life and newly pedestrian harbour front for an evenings stroll.
Whether its a day on the beach,shopping in town or a quiet lunch at a local fish restaurant everything is possible from your base in Tala.
The summer months in the hills of Tala are cooler than the coast being above the humidity level & enjoy a relaxing breeze.
So once you have had a great night out you can escape and enjoy relaxing in the peace and luxury of Villa Hunter and Tala village.

Our Top Tips: There are many local vineyards to visit, take a trip to Kathikas and find vasillicon vine yard or lemona and tsageredies winery. We are good friends with the owners of the local bar and Tavernas and can recommend some great places to eat out at night to ensure a great holiday. Many of the places we reccommend will also offer our guests a free drink which we have negotiated especially for you with the owners.

GOLF there are 3 top golf courses within about a 20 minute drive.
The nearest course is 10 minutes away at Tasada.( minthis Hills)
This course is called Minthis hills and has just under gone a major redevelopment.
The new Faldo course in Paphos at elea is just fab, while
Aphrodities Hills and Secret valley courses are around 20 minutes away.
Aphrodities hills is a great courses and a real challenge. Home to the european tour Cyprus open. One of my favourites. Also visit the spa for a relaxing day out.

The last castle restaurant on the way to lara beach is a must. A great place for lunch.
The akamans penninsular and lara beach is a national park. You'll fine lovely deserted beaches including turtle beach.

we do though have our own list of places we have been to and as foodies will ensure you have some great nights out.

No expense has been spared on the villa and we keep adding things that guests want as our aim is to give a great personal service that you would expect for a 5** villa holiday with that extra personal touch. As we now generally only offer stays in June Julyand August the villa does book up early normally a year in advance.

Heated pool
We have a heated pool which is very rare to find, and will ensure you are swimming in the early and late season.This is a heat exchange unit and will give you a good pool temp of around 28-30 deg plus in feburary - june & sept to january used well with the solar cover. There is a small charge £90 per wk just to cover running costs and added if required after booking but this is a really nice luxury that will get you swimming when other pools are cold . Great for a midnight swim.
