Welcome to the Uptown comfort Suite in New Rochelle. This amazing property offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed sleeper. The bedroom has a queen bed with extra space for extra guest. The uptown is equipped with a refreshing shower that has a hairdryer for added convenience. With amenities like heating, WiFi, AC, and an iron with ironing board. guests will have everything they need for a wonderful stay plus private parking with additional street parking. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee brewer, hot water machine all plate sets, including wine glasses also utensils, and cookware. Kitchen has a four seater for dining. The property also has a patio next to the entrance. We hope you enjoy what our place and New Rochelle has to offer.

Excellence near Iona

Steps away from Iona College this is a perfect fit for Parents Weekend, visiting for a sporting event or venturing in to NYC. Clean and new space gives you a great base for your adventure. We were visiting our son who works at a Private Golf Club. The area is full of courses and great restaurants! Highly recommend this VRBO

Great stay. The apartment, adjacent to Iona University, is located around the back of the principal home atop a five step stoop facing a grassy lawn with a garden and sitting area. Parking is off street. The unit is very clean as it was recently renovated. The bedroom is quite spacious easily accommodating the queen size bed. The sitting room is furnished with a modular couch/lounge which expands into a second sleeping option. Both rooms have modern smart TVs. The bathroom, while small, is well appointed and makes efficient use of the space. The kitchen meets all the basic cooking needs and has a gas stove. All-in-all, a nice place to stay at a good value in Westchester County.
