We absolutely loved this tiny home. It was lovely, very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed in a beautiful setting. We only stayed one night while we were passing through, but we will definitely be back and maybe spend an extra day to explore the trails on the property and enjoy the outdoor space.

Perfect for a girls trip, beds were comfortable, cute tiny cabin overlooking Pigeon River. Loved sitting outside sipping my coffee by the fire pit in the morning. Host was gracious to allow us to stay 2 hours after check in since we arrived later than expected.

This is a wonderful place to stay and really a fun way to experience a tiny home. It was well equipped and very clean. We were very comfortable. As often occurs with VRBO rentals it would be nice to get check in and check out information a little sooner than the day of, but we did get the info we needed. Our phone and WiFi connection is spotty, so earlier notification would have been nice.

This was our second time staying at this awesome property. Absolutely love how peaceful and quiet it is there. Whike the house is a tiny home… It offers absolutely every amenity. My favorite thing to do is sit by the fire looking at the river. Highly recommend.

A super sweet and well decorated tiny home that felt so much like home we didn't want to leave. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was great! It was so relaxing to hang out on the patio and watch the river go by. And communication with Leslie was perfect. She was super quick to respond and also very accommodating. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again!

This place was great and ready with everything you need. Had plenty of towels, paper towels, garbage bags. Everything worked. It was clean. Easy to check in and out. The river is across the street so no worries if you have kids or dogs. Everything was exactly as pictured. Close to everything without the crowds. Parking was easy and drive way wasn't straight up and down or on the side of a mountain down a one lane road like some rentals.

We loved our stay in this house! The views from the window were incredible, and it felt very cozy. It was also fun to be in such an out of the way little town as Cosby, there’s a lot of cool things to discover out there.

Super cute tiny home with plenty of parking, a fire pit, grill and everything you need for a short or long stay. We enjoyed how close the trails and river are and visited a nearby book store, distillery and cafe on the river.

The tiny house is in a perfect location for a quiet get away and river view! We will stay longer next time and spend some time sitting outside watching the rafters go by. It’s also a great location to get to Knoxville, Asheville, and Pigeon Forge.

Loved this tiny home! It was close to hiking, whitewater rafting, and shopping. It was so nice sitting outside in the morning and at night. Everything we needed was available there: cooking, cleaning, showering, and even extra blankets. Definitely bring bug spray. ;)
