We go here once a year for a get away. Very nice kept house and roomy. We love the pool & hot tub out back. It's decorated as a beach house and definitely represents it. You won't be disappointed..

Great stay!

Our stay was amazing and the property had everything we could’ve asked for! The house seemed even larger than the photos and the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was great and private. The beach amenities were definitely a plus and we would stay here again.

The couch/beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and grocery stores and restaurants were convenient. We never went in the pool or hot tub so can't report on them. Having stayed in many VRBOs in the US and Europe, I can report that this properly is one of the better ones. My only disappointment was the sprinklers waking me up every morning at 3:00 AM as the water hit the windows of the Master bedroom.

This was a girls trip for my little sister. We absolutely love the house and everything it offered. It was located centrally for us for the different running rounds. We wanted to do while we were down there. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped my only bad comment was I walked into the bathroom my first night and found a roach. So of course I scooped him up and he went in the toilet, but then a few more came out so I did leave one in the bathroom up on the counter so you could see it. But everything was clean. The pool could’ve been cleaner, but I also seen that crazy tree that was dropping whatever that is from those palms. We had several branches fallen into the pool when we fished out and one got. We’ve already said we’d probably try to rent this place again when we come back down. Oh she just reminded me the living room TV we never could get to work. The master bedroom worked with all the streaming stuff but the living room we never could get it to even turn on. I went out and bought batteries and changed it thinking that was it but nope the TV in her room worked OK but overall we had a fantastic time. Oh, I have to say if that house or that neighborhood you had children you wouldn’t have to worry about somebody coming in and stealing them kidnapping them because the way the roads were it was amazing that anybody could get in and out just it’s just the layout of the property at the streets thank goodness for a GPS lol but very quiet as I said, we loved it.

Unsanitary conditions and retaliatory feesWe had a highly disappointing stay at this property due to severe cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, the pool was incredibly dirty, and we had to spend our weekend running the pool vacuum as instructed by the owners, leaving us only a couple of hours to actually enjoy it. Inside, the couch and bed sheets were stained, we found a huge live roach in the living room, and we even found a small bed bug. All of these issues were documented and reported to the hosts immediately.To make matters worse, after checkout, the hosts repeatedly messaged us to leave a review without mentioning any issues. Then, exactly 13 days later, they sent an unsubstantiated 225 charge claiming we damaged a patio umbrella we never even touched and stained towels, providing absolutely no photo evidence. I highly recommend avoiding this property due to poor maintenance and retaliatory billing practices.

Quiet Getaway

The property was very clean and well-supplied if one wanted to cook. The drive to Bradenton Beach took about 15 minutes; and the beach area was very nice with lots of free parking. The management team always had a quick response to any issues. We highly recommend renting through this agency.
