Cozy studio in tranquil Templeton with WiFi, AC
Fabulous studio on the Salinas River in Wine country Paso Robles,Templeton area.
Charming downtown Templeton where you can walk to restaurants farmers market on Saturdays Trader Joe’s is a half mile away a short distance to Morro Bay Cayucos and San Simeon very easy access to freeway please enjoy this quaint little place
The space
We are situated on a very unique piece of property
In the morning and evenings spend a relaxing time on our beautiful deck Viewing the quaint wildlife
Other things to note
Home is located across railroad tracks
And train comes by 3 times a day
So please stop and look both ways
Also we are on the river so people enjoy riding there horses and a few go by on there atvs and jeeps
If you bring a cat must be in a crate
I am highly allergic to this type of fur babies 🙃
