It was like staying at a family home. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen was convenient for making breakfast and dinner before and after busy days. Thoughtful details including toothbrush in case you forgot yours (which I did, so I was extra grateful!) Only a 15 min drive to HITS and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Four of us stayed here for several weeks while prepping my parents' house for future sale. It was great to return each day to this clean, quiet, comfortable property to unwind and discuss the next day's work while sitting around the large dining table in the kitchen. No problems at all and all the cabinets were well labeled to find supplies when needed. We would definitely stay here again. Location is great, right between Saugerties and Kingston.

Older property, super nice full bath, huge kitchen and living area. The boiler is a bit noisy when you run the hot water but that’s the only nitpick. Great host and quiet neighborhood.

Host was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. House was very, very clean (always one of my biggest concerns). There are lots of extras available (toothbrushes in boxes, shampoos and conditioners). I’d definitely stay here again

Great place for a family

This was a perfect location for a small family get together. It was close to beautiful Hudson Valley sites, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We especially liked being able to have a BBQ.

Great place

My wife, I, and a family friend stayed here while attending the Rhinebeck sheep and wool festival. The place was clean and spacious, and the host Terri wonderfully responsive. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I highly recommend this property! We visited for the stateside festival during the heat wave. When we arrived, the air conditioning units were already on and walking into the cool house was wonderful and greatly appreciated! The house was spacious and very clean. Tons of amenities including full size Dove products in the bathroom with a great selection. Plenty of large soft bath towels. The bed sheets were very soft. We forgot bug spray for the festival but there was a full bottle on the countertop along with sunscreen. So thoughtful! Quiet residential area. Easy check in with code. Overall excellent stay! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect in every way

My family stayed here while visiting our daughter for parents weekend at Bard College. We have stayed in a number of rentals in the area over the past few years, and this is by far the best! It was perfect in every way: spacious, very clean and comfortable, everything worked well and the hosts were super responsive and kind. We will absolutely want to stay here again!

Convenient location (10 minutes to Saugerties shops and even closer to gas stations). The house was kept at a comfortable temperature, was clean, and prepared well for our stay. The house had a layout easy to manage with a toddler and even had good toys and books available to use. We loved the sunroom and spent most of our free time at the house there.
