About this property

Marsh Winds is located on Folly Beach where you can enjoy all of what Folly has to offer. This condo unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. This condominium has been tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The screened back porch is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee and a wonderful place to relax with craft beer in the evening. This condo is my personal home and there will be some personal items in the condo.

The condominium is located less than a mile from the beach. A comfortable 15 min stroll down Center St will bring your toes to the sand or you can drive in about two minutes.
No golf carts are allowed over the bridge or to park at Marshwinds.

Check out our friends at Folly Beach Adventure for everything you need for your beach vacation! You will need to contact them and make reservations for equipment like bikes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, surfboards , beach gear and much more (843 696 2217) there is limited availability and it is first come first serve.

Charleston is 20-30 minutes away (depending on time of day and traffic) and offers all types of cultural events and activities as well as walking tours, carriage tours, historic places to visit, world class dining opportunities and so much more. There is so much to see and do in the low country and nothing is very far away.

The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not manage the elevator.

Great Vacation at Folly Beach!

The location of the condo was very convenient and within walking distance of the local Folly Beach restaurants and shops. The only inconvenience we had was the noise from the equipment being used on the house being built behind the condominium. The marsh view from the back deck is now limited due to the new houses, but we were aware of that before we booked the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Folly Beach

The property was nice. However, the great view of the sunset is now obstructed by the construction of a house. The tubs were very sandy when we arrived. But all in all, we had a great time!
