Absolutely adorable house in close proximity to what we needed. The furnishings and layout of the home are very well thought out. Very clean. Great parking area, great back yard, and close to anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again!
The Brick House was so clean and comfy! My sister and I loved how comfortable the beds, pillows and sheets were. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our time on the back patio.
Overall we really enjoyed staying here. The only thing I would have to complain about is the amount of spiders we ran into. Other than that we were very happy and would stay again. :-)
The property was exactly what we needed for our visit to Fayetteville. Beds where comfy enough to get a good night sleep, the grill and EV charger was the main reason we chose this property. Just minutes from UofA Campus and everything Fayetteville has to offer!
Nestled among similar properties, this venue is ideal for someone with a few people who want a minimal space. With this minimal space, guests are treated to monitor amenities, laundry, facilities, a fully stocked kitchen, big screen, TVs, excellent, comfortable bedding, and a host that communicates immediately. The property sits close to major intersections, Main # Boulevard, making it easy to travel in any direction. The very few times I had a question or requested an item for the kitchen, the host communicated literally within minutes! I did not experience any problems during my stay, but I am confident that if I did, the host would’ve taken care of it without question. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at the blue door house for mom’s weekend and loved how close we were to the university! We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen spices, coffee and even some laundry pods! Everything was clean, the house smelled so fresh!
The house is super cute. It was very clean. Our main issue was the thermostat. It is not user friendly (you have to tap, scroll, etc) and it never did cool off much upstairs. I imagine it would be very hot up there in the summer. There was also not a hairdryer which every other house I've rated in has had.
