Willow Glen is a Bird and Lime electronic scooter friendly city. These electronic scooters are available if you download the apps from your smart device. The app will show you the where the electronic scooters are located within your vicinity. Keep your driver’s license on hand and a credit card and you can tour the city on these fun electronic scooters. A very cool way to see everything.

If dates or time of service changes due to unforeseeable circumstances; please know that this is out of my control but service providers do come weekly.
NOTE: during hot season, water in pool level may go below skimmer mid line of tile in pool, please turn on water valve to bring water level up on the pool. Time it for 30 minutes. Don’t forget to turn off the valve; it will result in flooding the pool. Valve is located at the side of garage under wisteria bush, near chase lounges and hose. I put a (blue ribbon)on it so it is identifiable.

After swimming please put a packet of pool shock in the pool and spa. Wait 45 minutes to swim again. You will find the shock treatment packages in the cabana on the shelf.

The house is lovely with several comfortable places to read a book or watch tv. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. Our Cynthia was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The location is perfect. Lovely places to walk including the the area of shops and restaurants in downtown Willow Glenn. Highly recommend it.

We had a perfect week-long stay in this beautiful Willow Glen home. The hosts, Cynthia and Jeffrey, were so kind and helpful. The outdoor space was perfect for hosting our friends and family with a lovely pool, hot tub, fireplace and grill. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and more! Beds were comfy and the house was spacious. Loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown WG. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

Wonderful property for family celebration!

We decided to hold our family Christmas celebration in the San Jose area this year so that our family in the area did not have to drive through all the traffic to get to us in the Sierra foothills. This property provided a great location, plenty of space, parking, and a wonderful cooking/gathering area for the whole family. There were one or two smaller issues which the owner addressed right away.

Beautiful, Spacious, Fully Equipped and Perfectly Maintained

The Stanley Estate was everything and more than was advertised. The location, so close to charming downtown Willow Glen, is perfect. The house and outside areas just couldn't be better for entertaining and are very well equipped. Upon arrival we were greeted by a bottle of wine and a very kind handwritten note of welcome. We have already recommended it to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Weekend getaway

Property was beautiful. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and everyone took turn at pool table. The pool spa and light was a hit. The pool however was freezing even though it was mid 80’s outside - our body went numb with the cold within a few minutes we we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. We walked a few blocks down the street for bagels and coffee in the morning and the area was very charming. Lots of fond memories with this stay

Look no further- Beautiful and lovely home & walking distance to Willow Glen downtown

We really enjoyed our stay at the Willow Glen home. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It is walking distance to Willow Glen downtown where there are fantastic restaurants, shops and cafes. Second, the home is incredibly beautiful, well-maintained, clean and serene. The bedrooms are all decorated beautifully with thoughtful care and they made the home feel like home away from home. The swimming pool and hot tub were extra perks for our boys, and they even had swimming tubes and toys available as well. Third, Cynthia was incredibly responsive and quickly got back to us on all questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stunning San Jose Home

Simply amazing. The photos didn't depict much regarding the interior, so we were pleasantly surprised at the extensive decorating and interior design work through out. We booked for the outdoor space, which definitely lived up to our expectations. The house was stocked well if you plan on entertaining or dining in. We found a fair amount of snacks and all the cooking basics, which made it easy to put a meal together. The house is situated on a highly trafficked street, so a bit of noise but not extreme. Very beautiful home, will certainly book again if available for our regular travel to the area.

Fabulous Property!

This home, as well as its owner, is definitely five star all the way. The kitchen was stocked to accommodate any chef's needs. The interior design and furnishings were of great taste and high end. Perfect graduation weekend

Cynthia was lovely and the property location, set up and vibe was perfect to celebrate my daughter’s SCU graduation. Cynthia answered a few questions and kept me in the loop with neighborhood happenings that could impact our event. We played cards, celebrated with about 15 friends, swam and enjoyed each other. Memorable family stay in Willow Glen

We love the location and enjoyed walking to Willow Glen for meals and errands. The beds are extremely comfortable and the laundry was much used and the shampoo and hand soap furnished were appreciated. We found the house comfortable and lovely and enjoyed using the pool area even though it was too cold to swim. The internet was reliable. The pool table was a great hit. We also enjoyed the farmers market across the street on Saturday morning. We felt very much at home in Willow Glenn.

Beautiful Home

Cynthis is a fabulous host and was available immediately for questions. She was so sweet in providing a new Keurig machine when I inquired about what type of coffee machine was provided. The house is beautifully decorated, and the grandchildren used the spa every day. Summer renters will certainly enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, I am unable to give a 5 star rating through no fault of Cynthia, but because of the property's location on a very busy main street of the quaint village of Willow Glenn. I ended up purchasing a desk fan to drown out the street noise in the master bedroom and left it there for future tenants. We found a Christmas tree in the basement, so we set it up and the grandchildren were able to have Santa deliver their presents under the tree. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.

Our home is advertised as on “the Avenue” which is the perfect location, just three blocks to all of the boutiques, restaurants, cafes and Starbucks. This is a historic, yet bustling street, in Willow Glen. I state it clearly in all of my description within the property identifier and online. I’d hate to be penalized for something I was completely transparent about. I hold my standards very high and 4 stars is quite a blow. This is the quintessential Willow Glen Home. The POOL & SPA are the BOMB! AMAZING amenities, including downloadable smart apps iAqualink (Spa & Pool Lights ALL COLORS) and SONOS (surround sound-outdoors). Centrally located, this home is a few blocks south of downtown Willow Glen on "the Avenue". It is walking distance to charming boutiques and fabulous restaurants. Minutes from SAP Center which has NHL & Concerts. The San Jose Convention Center which hosts high-tech conferences, TWITCH CON, COMIC CON & CANNABIS DRINKS EXPO. Levi Stadium which has NFL & Concerts. This house is great for team building, entertaining, relaxing, having cool dips and hot tubs. We absolutely love it and want you to experience it.
