Located just two blocks from a large park with pickle ball courts and a playground, and two blocks from Windsor's outdoor Chimney Park Pool, this home is perfectly situated for outdoor activities. Downtown Windsor is a short stroll away, offering quaint shops, delightful eateries, and local attractions. Embrace the small-town charm and vibrant community events that Windsor has to offer. Whether you're enjoying the local parks, biking around town, or discovering nearby trails, this is the perfect home base for your Windsor adventure.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced backyard with a private hot tub, propane fire pit, outdoor seating area, BBQ grill, patio string lights, and tons of yard games including corn hole, croquet, and pickle ball paddles/balls (public court 2 blocks away). There are also 6-8 bikes available for your use with Chimney Park Pool and Main Community Park just 2 blocks away!

INDOOR LIVING: 65” Roku Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, game room with pool table, dining table with seating for 6, board games, puzzles, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms on the main level and a third bathroom on the lower level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: There is space for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway, plus street parking.

We had a wonderful trip to CO in this house. It was immaculate & well maintained! Stacy is a great host & answered any questions promptly! The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities & there were extra supplies in the kitchen & bathrooms! The hot tub was a hit with our group! This Quaint looking home from the outside has wonderful usable space - sleeping 8 very comfortably with a huge stocked kitchen and dining areas - with very comfortable yard and relaxing seating areas and hot tub. Includes games, bikes, entertainment and dining suggestions.

So impressed with this home and the management team. The beds were super comfy, game closet well stocked, so much to do with pool table and spa. While they don’t typically provide a Christmas tree, I called prior to our visit to see if they had one and they said no but they surprised us. Such a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot to unwind!

This home was the perfect location for a girls weekend. The house was clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. We spent most of our time cooking and sitting around the kitchen nook table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including plates and dishes for our toddler. There was plenty of room to spread out and the three bathrooms were a plus for women getting ready. The beds were a slice of comfy we didn’t expect. We managed to time our stay for a beautiful snow fall and even found a snow shovel in the shed to shovel the walks. The neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was perfect! With family in Colorado we plan on staying in one of your homes again. Thank you!!!
