The apartment provides a wonderful location - a block outside the Old City walls. Overall, this was a 5-star vrbo experience.The building and unit were showing wear and tear and could use refurbishing, especially in the kitchen. There was worn cabinetry, and random availability and absence of utensils and supplies, limited number of towels and dish soap. This my 2nd stay in this building and I would come again to this building again. It would be amazing if there was greater attention were made to upkeep of this unit.

Location was awesome. 5 stars on Location. Close to very good restaurants and old Quebec City all within walking distance. Parking sucked. We were supposed to have parking in the garage below the apartment. It was not in service. They suggested you park in a garage a mile away or find street patking. Views were great and we were only on 2nd floor. The fridge could have been cleaner and my wife found mold in the washer and shower. Kitchen accompaniments were fine. It had Kurig and a couple of other coffee makers but no drip pot. Checkin and out process was annoying. You had to checkin and out with a desk clerk who was there only certain hours of the day. That said we'd stay there again.

The property attendant could have offered more information regarding the parking and how to conveniently get the luggage from the depths of the parking garage to our room. Luckily we ran into a resident who helped us locate an elevator. We also had difficulty leaving the parking garage as the door closed too quickly and I had to get someone from inside to assist us. The property required that we have an inspection done before leaving (which was fine) but the attendant barely even came into the condo. Not sure what that was about. The condo itself was immaculate, very comfortable, great view and exactly as pictured. Great value and very close to Old Quebec city and other amenities.

Les photos de la vue sont exact, a couper le souffle. Très confortable, et vraiment a 5 minutes du vieux Quebec ( porte St-Jean) on peut tous faire a pied. On a stationné la voiture et laisser là toute la fin de semaine. On revient dans le même condo en juillet. Superbe de belle expérience Sylvain
