The cabin was nice. Not too close to people. I loved the kitchen, i wish i had one like that. Everything was labelled so easy to find and some stuff we found we were impressed with how well stocked it was and how prepared for an infant it was.

A lovely cozy well thought out home. All was just as described and pictured, plus more. I told my family we would be on the AL/TN state line. We laughed as we reached Liberty Lodge and saw the Georgia state line instead! No worries, TN isn't far....it was kinda like the Southern Three Corners. Anna is the perfect host.

Week Retreat

We used the house as a “base station” while we explored the area, like the cast iron lodge in South Pittsburgh and the different attractions in Chattanooga. The house was located close enough to be roughly 20-30 mins away from all the attractions but far enough away so that we could have peace and quiet.

Staying at the Liberty Lodge was so wonderful for my family and I. The place was clean, well decorated, FULLY stocked (I have never seen a more accommodating rental!!) and the check in process was easy as anything. My husband is a technician & I'm a former public school art teacher who recently started staying home with our one year old daighter. We currently call Murfreesboro, TN home.

The Liberty Lodge was our first house when we got married in 2021. We loved this house so much we couldn't bring our selves to sell it when life took us elsewhere. So, we love being a Vrbo host because hosting allows us to keep our first home, share it with others, & have a place to stay when we're in town visiting family.

Fun fact: the house site is actually around 100 years old. Originally, it was a detatched 2 car garage with an apartment upstairs. The actual house that it was a garage to burned down decades ago. You may notice old remnants of it if you explore the yard. My husband, Tyler, and his father bought the property and took the property down to the studs. They did a total renovation to turn it into the house that it is today.

We love how quiet and safe the neighborhood is. We know most of the neighbors and they are all quality people who will give you privacy, but also be helpful if you were to need anything.
