The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-located in a quiet neighborhood that has easy access to FSU and the rest of the area. Communication was very good and check-in was easy. The welcome snacks and restaurant coupons were a very nice touch. The only negative was that the house rules requested that the A/C not be set lower than 73, which was fine during the day, but a bit hot for sleeping for us in the August heat and humidity. We would certainly stay here again during cooler months.

This was my first time using Vrbo to rent a home. I was pleased to see the home was just as the pictures. The home was clean and the host was responsive with any questions or concerns. I will definitely use them again!

The place does have three bedrooms. The pullout couch doesn’t really seem like it would be a good place for someone other than a child to sleep. The kitchen was not properly stocked, we only were given t 2 trash bags for 5 adults for 3 days. We needed to ask for sharp knives and the owner was very accommodating for this request. The oven was dirty and still had the oven cleaner inside so I had to clean it in order to use it. I will say that the owner did communicate well. The alarm system is very sensitive and the wifi tends to go in and out often. We needed a place to evacuate to for the hurricane. It did fine but by far could be so much better if the owner would provide a few more essentials. It is centralized to stores and restaurants and seems to be a safe neighborhood. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place.

Very very needy visitors. There are knives and silverware, plates, pots and pans. The knives were not as sharp as they wanted. We door dashed them two knife sets. Our clean up crew sprayed the oven to clean it and forgot to get back to it. It was an honest mistake. This was an emergency book so it was accepted prematurely. The guest wanted us to provide more than the normal amenities. They wanted us to buy hurricane products for them such as batteries, candles and flashlights. We have a home for visitors, we’re not a hurricane shelter although effort was given to accommodate them, to no avail. The WiFi worked properly. It may have went out from time to time due to the weather conditions. We were under tropical storm/hurricane warnings. Also, they were not familiar with using smart TVs. They griped and complained the whole weekend. We do accept constructive and accurate criticism, however this is the farthest from what our reviews suggest. Sorry for their unhappiness during their stay. They will find something wrong no matter your efforts. They are not welcome back.

The property was spacious and clean, comfortably accommodating my group of 6. Location is good in relation to FSU and downtown, just a short 12 - 15 min drive. This is so much better than multiple hotel rooms that would be needed for a group of this size.

The house is in a great residential area not far from FAMU. The entire house was clean, and it was very easy to contact the host who was very accommodating with my situation. We have everything we needed e.g. towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher liquid, plates, silverware, garbage bags etc. I love the fact of the instruction book on the table. therefore, it is no room for assumptions. The rules are in black & white. I would stay here again. Thanks for everything

Tallahassee trip

Check in was Super easy and well instructed, if my family and i was your first ,job and home well done. The home has alot of space,beds comfortable, security system, everything work.i will most definitely tell family and friends if the visit Tallahassee this is a good home to choose it was close to all restaurants and of course Walmart,i never had to call the host for nothing because i was well informed email and in home thanks for sharing your home♥️

Overall a very nice house to stay in. Lot of little things that could be improved uponNo cable, no toaster in the kitchen and no kitchen knives (if you are staying here for any length of time and want to have food, there are hardly any kitchen utensils etc for cooking. Very lacking. We went to an FSU foot tall game so for our needs I would say it was fine but the kitchen not having items you need for mi I so breakfast cooking was a sore pointOwner of the property was responsive and nice. Otherwise a good place to stay.

These guys were great. The house is equipped with a smart tv in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms. They only listed 2 adults staying at the property and it ended up being 4 or 5. We reminded them to be sure to list an accurate head count so that enough of the necessities could be made available. Genroc
