Relax and enjoy your stay at this cozy and cute duplex that is in a peaceful neighborhood close to K-State stadium. This home offers off street parking with a spacious and fenced back yard. Kitchen is fully furnished, and free washer/dryer is available. Both bedrooms have plenty of room with comfortable queen beds. It is located less than 3 min from downtown, KSU campus, multiple restaurants and shopping. We have tried to think of everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Very well kept property. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s within four miles of anything you need to grab or go and eat. It’s within a mile of the K-State Campus. I highly recommend checking this little place out if you’re going to be staying in Manhattan.

Perfect place

This cozy 2 bedroom house was perfect for our needs, (visiting our soldier). This property was well stock with all needed supplies. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth the money.

Perfect location for our needs

Place was comfortable and was in a very good location for what we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is that the coffee pot was a little small when you have 4 coffee drinkers. Had to make about 3 pots each morning.
