LOCATION
The cabin is approximately 13 mi / 22 min to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge and 17 mi / 30 min to Great Smoky Mountains National Park/Gatlinburg. Drive times vary with traffic, season, road conditions, and attraction timing.
SLEEPING
The cabin sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bedroom, queen bedroom with a Twin XL bed above, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The layout works well for families, couples, small groups, and guests who want comfortable sleeping options after full days exploring the Smokies.
INDOOR COMFORTS
Inside, enjoy a warm cabin setting with two full bathrooms, fast WiFi, Roku smart TVs, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable living space for relaxing between adventures.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor space is one of the best parts of the stay. Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the wood-burning fire pit, grill dinner, sip coffee on the covered porch, and enjoy the quiet setting with no visible neighbors from the house or property. Guests should bring firewood and s’mores supplies for the fire pit.
RV, CAMPER + TRAILER PARKING
One of the property’s most unique advantages is the large, mostly flat paved/gravel parking area with easy access from Henry Town Rd. This is especially helpful for guests traveling with campervans, small Class C RVs, truck campers, small travel trailers, pop-up campers, teardrop campers, boat trailers, motorcycle trailers, utility trailers, car trailers, ATV/side-by-side trailers, or extra vehicles.
PARKING DIMENSIONS
25 ft wide by 50 ft long paved area, plus an additional 10–20 ft gravel extension (total length 60–70 ft). This space can fit: • Three full-size SUVs, such as Chevrolet Suburbans (nose-in or side-by-side). • A Ford F-250 towing a 30–35 foot trailer (travel trailer or fifth-wheel). Plenty of room for standard RV setups with some extra space for maneuvering. Exact fit depends on your specific vehicles or rig. The main pad has about 13+ ft of open overhead clearance with no low tree canopy over the parking area. Guests are responsible for confirming their vehicle/trailer setup fits within the listed dimensions. No hookups are provided.
BEST FOR
This cabin is a great fit for guests who want a peaceful private setting, hot tub and fire pit time, Dollywood and Smoky Mountain access, and rare flat parking for extra vehicles or trailers. It is designed for travelers who want the attractions by day and a quiet cabin retreat by night.
GOOD TO KNOW
A car is needed for this location. The cabin is not a walkable downtown rental, which is part of what gives it the privacy, parking space, and quiet setting guests enjoy. Drive times may vary during weekends, holidays, Dollywood events, fall foliage season, and peak Smoky Mountain travel periods.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the full cabin, private hot tub, gas grill, fire pit area, covered porches, and large flat paved/gravel parking area. The parking area may work well for campervans, small RVs, truck campers, small travel trailers, pop-up campers, teardrop campers, boat trailers, motorcycle trailers, utility trailers, car trailers, ATV/side-by-side trailers, and extra vehicles that fit within the listed dimensions. No hookups are provided.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The property has no visible neighbors from the house or property, making it a strong fit for quiet outdoor time, hot tub evenings, fire pit nights, and porch coffee away from the crowds.
The fire pit is wood-burning. Guests should bring firewood and s’mores supplies. The parking area is estimated at 40–50 ft of straight parking length parallel to Henry Town Rd and 30–40 ft of parking depth from the road/drive edge back toward the shed/cabin, with about 13+ ft of open overhead clearance and no low tree canopy over the main pad.
No RV, camper, or trailer hookups are provided. Drive times are approximate and may vary with traffic, weather, season, road closures, Dollywood events, holidays, and peak travel periods.
The cabin uses country well water with a whole-house filtration system for water quality. Normal guest use is not an issue, but heavy back-to-back water use can temporarily outpace the refill rate. Please avoid extra-long showers and separate laundry or dishwasher use from main showering times when possible. If the well is overused, it may take about 4–6 hours to replenish.
