Adjacent to the Gulf State Park and steps away from the beach, 3 Little Birds is in the perfect location to enjoy all the natural resources the Alabama Gulf Coast offers. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, 3 Little Birds welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and an enchanting community that feels removed from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. 3 Little Birds’ features include a fully stocked chef’s kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family. Plus, family time is top of mind with an oversized front deck and a ground-level patio complete with a BBQ pit and ample outdoor seating.

What’s more, The Parks Edge community offers numerous family-friendly amenities, including an outdoor pool, deeded beach access nearby, and exclusive access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail through Rosemary Dunes. Nature enthusiasts enjoy trail runs, bike rentals, golf cart rides, and much more!

Upon entry to the main floor of 3 Little Birds, guests are greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with access to both the outdoor patio and front porch. The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath, a powder room just off the hallway, and a full-size laundry room with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. Upstairs includes 4 more bedrooms; a master suite with en suite bath, another king bedroom, 1 guest room with a queen bed, and 1 guest room with a queen bed plus bunks. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and every bedroom.

Important Notes

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. The private parking and driveway accommodate 4 vehicles. Strict adherence to a maximum occupancy of 12 guests is required at all times.

spacious home

we went here for our daughters softball tournament. There were 3 couples, 3 daughters and grandma. There was plenty of room and just about everything you need. No beach towels but everything else you need for the beach like umbrellas, beach cart, buckets, noodles, chairs, boards, etc. The kitchen was really nice but there could've been more dish towels and dish cloths, bigger pan for making meals for large groups of 10 and maybe salt and pepper shakers. Extra bed sheets would be nice too. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and big enough for a larger family. The bicycle trails through the wilderness are paved and have numerous wooden bridges. There is plenty to see if you like to cycle and the trails are less than a minute from the house. The beach is walking distance from the house, as well as several good restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

A BEAUTIFUL FUN FILLED WEEKEND

The house is beautiful. It was easy to find, and a quiet area. Everything we needed was in the house and working. This house included a kid friendly bedroom with games and a video game. The games definitely came in handy due to the rain. Everything about the house and our stay was amazing. Even though it rained a lot and made us cancel some of our plans, we still HAD A BLAST. I’d love to return to this home.

Perfect in every way

Great vacation house! The traffic light was huge for us, push the button, all traffic stops. Plenty of time for the little ones to walk across. The walk to the beach is 90 percent paved, we used a beach buggy to haul most of the stuff. House is beautifully equipped, we cooked everyday and always found the kitchen gear needed. Pool, clean and just steps away. Excellent job by this owner of setting up the perfect beach house.

Such a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Loved the decorations and furniture. Perfect for entertaining and family fun. Easy access into the home with the keypads on the doors. Our only concern was the walk to the beach. It is a bit of a haul. (That wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.) Can’t wait to plan our next stay here. *we did have an issue with the upstairs A/C unit. We called the management company. So impressed with their quick response time to fix it. Very professional.

The house was beautiful and had everything our family needed for our stay. With 8 adults and three kids we did rent a golfcart to go to the beach but it wasn't that long of a walk if we had to. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for us. We had 5 couples total and one teen, it was great because all of us had our own room and there were plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. Pretty short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool. The property was extremely clean, all of us were very happy with the space! Thank you!

Great location

Perfect number of bedrooms for 7 adults and 3 little ones. Very clean and nice house. House is a little walk from the beach but not bad at all. Very quiet neighborhood backed up to the state park. Enjoyed going on the paved trails in the state park. Also enjoyed the pool which was conveniently situated.

Spring break family trip

This house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Love the location with proximity to Gulf State park and beach area. Very well equipped kitchen and overall very clean and nicely decorated.

Great place for family!

Such a beautiful home located close to the beach, pool, and Alabama State Park. The house is also centrally located for all nearby attractions including day trips to Pensacola and Mobile.
