The home was between family's home and hospital. It was a great place.

Hi JB, Thanks so much for the kind review. We’re really glad the place worked out for you during a tough time. Wishing you and your family all the best. Hope things are looking up soon. You're welcome back anytime.
Very nice home with a "new" feel to it. Very clean, well appointed, good location. With three (queen bed) bedrooms and two full bathrooms it works well for multiple people. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to fix meals. Also included are a large washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, and plenty of towels and extra sheets. The management company is very responsive. As an example, I reported that there was only one teaspoon with the otherwise well supplied silverware. Two days later a package was delivered with six teaspoons in it.Overall, a very comfortable 16 day stay!

Not a home away from home
The list of rules are ridiculous, such as my husband was going to mail me my glasses but "guest" aren't allowed to receive any mail, they told me to rent a post office box. They leave you a starter set up, 1/2 roll of TP in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, one laundry pod and 3 towels for 2 women for 1 week. Even though it was very warm, thermostat can't go below 72. I think if the owner sounded and acted more welcoming, less like guests were nickle and dimed we might have enjoyed it more.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Catherine. We're sorry the experience didn't quite hit the mark for you. Just to clear a few things up , the supplies we leave are meant as a basic starter set to get guests through the first night or two. It’s something we do to help folks settle in, but we always recommend grabbing extras depending on the length of the stay or personal needs.
The thermostat is set to a minimum of 72 to avoid overworking the system, especially during warmer months. We know everyone has different comfort levels, and we truly wish it had been more comfortable for you.
As for mail, we don’t allow deliveries directly to the home mainly for security reasons, especially since vacation rentals don’t always have a regular mail setup. We totally get how that could be frustrating though.
Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope the rest of your trip went a bit smoother.
