This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo ( best golf course view in Magnolia Green) is centrally located a few miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington and 20-30 minutes from some of North Carolina’s most beautiful beaches. Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a 27-Hole golf course and is one of the best public course’s in the area.
The condo has a full kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed (that can be separated into 2 twins) and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom with 2 full beds, and a full bathroom. This room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. All bed and bath linens provided. Screen porch with an amazing view overlooking the 15th Hole. The condo is equipped with WiFi, Cable TV, and Washer & Dryer to make this your home away from home.

Condo is also available for month to month (3 month max) rentals for people relocating to the area in the off season.

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay in Leland and very happy to find this condo. This was our second stay here and both times we found it to be very well maintained and extremely comfortable. On top of that the location is perfect for us, we will be back next time we visit Leland.

The condo was immaculate and fully furnished. Very lovely unit with ac and ceiling fans.

Would stay here again and have told others how nice it is. Property is conveniently located to downtown Wilmington and a 25 minute drive to the beach. Weather didn’t let us use the pool but facilities were conveniently located to the unit. Owner was very responsive to questions. Thanks for making this a great stay!

We really liked it. We chose this because of proximity to family. But we really enjoyed the feeling of home at the condo. Very clean, easy to get into. We've had trouble with doors before. Safe for my morning run.

Wonderful vacation spot

This two bedroom two bath condo is lovely and conveniently situated in beautiful magnolia greens. We utilized the screened in porch every day And enjoy the lovely view of the golf course. The condo is also just a short walk away from the pool and the gym facilities. The condo is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intent to return. The owners of the condo could not be more communicative and cooperative.

My family was absolutely WOWED by this home away from home. Anything and everything you would need in your own home was provided in our rental. The total design of the home was expertly laid out. We loved the colors, furniture and appliances so much that we want to replicate many of the items in our own home. A lovely bottle of wine, chocolate, and starter necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags) greeted us on our arrival.Additionally, the closed in deck, golf course view, and cozy surroundings left us so relaxed!! My family looks forward to staying here again in the future.

Sparkling clean and well-appointed property

It is very rare when a rental property exceeds your expectations, however this one did. We were so pleased and impressed with the absolute cleanliness, the amenities, the convenient location, and the host's attention to details to ensure our comfort during our stay here. The community of Magnolia Greens itself is beautiful and peaceful. We already plan to come back soon and just hope this property will be available when we do.

We recently purchased this vacation home from some dear friends. We always spent our vacations in the area, so we decided to purchase our own vacation home for our whole family to enjoy for years to come.

We have it all, beaches, golf, shopping or just a quiet place to relax. Perfect views from this 3rd floor condo overlooking the 15th hole of Magnolia Greens and watching the sunset in the evenings .
