The home is very nice and cozy. Just enough space to relax and enjoy the amazing view through the picturesque windows in the home. Both bedrooms have an nice view of the backyard.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house except for a storage room beyond the kitchen.
Other things to note
There are two kayaks available if guest are interested in taking them out on lake Jackson or any of the many lakes we have in Tallahassee.

Hello. I’m Gardy, born in Boston. Grew up in Orlando. Came to Tallahassee for school at FSU and I’ve loved and been in Tallahassee since 2001.
Why they chose this property
Very nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants. You can even walk to many of the shops and restaurants. 2 miles (7 minute drive) to FSU. 5 minutes to downtown. 3 miles to FAMU (10 minute drive). 11 minutes to Governor Square Mall. Basically this home is the spot to be at for a relaxing stay in Tallahassee. Also, Bannerman Crossing (another great place for fine dining and activities) in 9 miles/17 minutes drive.
What makes this property unique
Very peaceful. And great views through the windows.
