This Loft in Gadsden offers prime downtown lodging with access to dining and shopping. This mid-century modern loft features an open-concept space, a master suite with a queen bed, 2 custom tile showers, a walk-in closet & free laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This place is close to everything. We also have a loft that is connected to this one, they can sleep 10-12 with 4 full bathrooms. Perfect for weddings at the Pitman closeby Hometown BNBS House Rules-

Quiet Hours: 11 pm - 8 am No smoking in the home.
No pets over 40lbs unless approved.
$75 nonrefundable pet fee and covers up to 2 pets. (You accept any liability for your pet) $400 pet fee Month+ guests.

Accurate number of guests (overnight & visitors) must be noted due to insurance requirements. Guest will be charged for any additional visitors to the home if not added to the reservation but observed on security cameras.
Max 10 people on the property per insurance requirements.
During stays of 7 days and longer, cleaners or maintenance are required to walk through and inspect the home.
**If the police are called to the home for any reason all persons in the home will be evicted immediately.
LOCALS: Locals must communicate the reason for the stay prior to booking.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3pm. CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10am. Guest agrees to pay the daily rental rate if not checked out by the specified check out time.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. By Booking, Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $50 per person/ per day for every visitor not specifically identified by Guest in the reservation.
Any tampering with surveillance equipment will result in immediate eviction of the home and up to a $200 Fine.
SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $250/per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.
REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the home in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon guest`s arrival will be reported to the Host within one (1) hour of Occupancy.
DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS: This home is full of important Items, We have an inventory and take pictures before and after every booking. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.
LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host/Owner harmless and indemnify Host/Owner from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees. This Property is obviously located on the water, so please use at your own risk.
LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.
COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.
KITCHEN ITEMS: All items in kitchen including silverware, flatware, appliances, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Use the supplied makeup wipes in each bathroom please and not the towels.
MOVING FURNITURE: Furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches. This has to be approved in writing by the host.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES: At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $75+ can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If your dog destroys anything you will be liable.

When my family arrived at the property, our first impression was positive. Unfortunately that changed when our 4 year old daughter found a loaded gun on the nightstand. We were shocked and terrified. Thankfully she told us instead of touching it further, which could have had devastating consequences.We immediately contacted the host to report what happened. The host laughed it off and said "things happen." He was dismissive of the fact that a young child discovered a loaded firearm in his rental. Because the host did not know who the gun belonged to, we decided to contact law enforcement and hand the weapon over to them. Later that evening, the host sent a message apologizing and said his wife was upset about the situation. He also offered to have his father pick up the gun, but we were not comfortable with transferring a firearm to someone we did not know, and could not verify as the lawful owner. The following day, after we turned the gun over to the police, the host called to say his father was downstairs to retrieve the gun, creating another awkward situation. Overall, we were surprised that the host did not offer a refund given the seriousness of a loaded firearm being left accessible to guests and ultimately discovered by a child. It also calls into question how thoroughly the rental is cleaned and inspected between guest stays. This was a deeply concerning experience and one that future guests, especially families with children, should be aware of.
First of all, I want to be clear that the loft was close to everything and it was cute. However, the impression I gathered from the listing was different than what I expected. This could have just been my misperception. The loft was nice enough but obviously I didn't understand that where it stated there were two bedrooms, it meant 1 bedroom and the other sleeping area was actually the living room that had a couch, a chair that unfolds into a twin size bed, and another short couch that unfolds into what appeared to be a full size bed. There was also a queen size air mattress in the closet. That was disappointing because I value my privacy. I was also a little disappointed in the pool table because it looked like a full size table. My friend loves pool and that was one of the selling points for us, but when it was not regulation size, it was disappointing and we didn't even use it. We were going to cook but there were no mixing bowls or other necessary items to make what we planned, so we ended up eating out the whole time. I might would rent the loft again if my husband and I visit the area, but not with a friend because I felt bad she had to sleep on the couch.
