Property was lovely and well maintained, with private outside space and garden. 5 minute walk from marina with good choice of restaurants where it is lovely to enjoy a meal and watch the sun go down. also as tram stop also 5 minutes walk, and cheap, it is easy to get to Athens, without having to drive.Would certainly recommend.Agnes G, June 2025

As we have Family in Palero Faliro the location of this apartment was ideal as only a 5min walk to meet everyone. Also the tram was a 2min walk , also the beach a 5min walk. This apartment was an absolutely perfect for us. Clean, easy accessible. the host was there to meet us to show us all the facilities that were available to us. Thank you VRBO. It’s perfect for couples and families with children. The location is a transportation hub: you can reach the Acropolis or Piraeus in just 15 minutes by taxi, and the airport in 50 minutes.

What makes this property unique

We are offering a modern one-bedroom apartment with a newly renovated, state-of-the-art bathroom, a terrace, and a garden view. The apartment underwent a full renovation in 2016, with the bathroom being completely updated in 2022. We’ve also replaced the windows, patio doors, and entrance door to ensure complete soundproofing. The apartment features two split air conditioning and heating systems. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed and spacious closets. The living area is equipped with a smart TV, and the couch can be easily converted into two single beds. Enjoy your mornings on the terrace with garden furniture, perfect for sipping coffee and soaking in the outdoors.
