To have a kayak or canoe would be good for crabbing/fishing or sightseeing along the island. Because you can’t do any of that off the rocks or along where the boats come . The Marina owns all of that area and they don’t let guests over there.Everything else with the house is great.

The pictures do NOT do this property justice. The views are extraordinary and the windows are perfectly located from the main living areas of the home to maximize the sense that you are near the water. The fact that the marina is so close by is also great as you can see the boats coming and going. We loved the quiet residential street and were so grateful to be able to enjoy both the privacy and the very easy access to water. I would absolutely go back at my earliest opportunity and would hope to stay longer!!

Lovely location and great home

We enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, right on the water with beautiful sunset views. I thought the home could have some more seating space in the main living room area, but it worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child). There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the duration of the stay, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the property. We'd definitely stay there again.

It’s a great property to rent. The location and views are unbelievable. They do not some towel hooks in each bathroom but no other issues with this place at all.

Nice view, the restaurant next door was not open so it was very quiet..Kitchen had no kitchen towels and was not very well appointed if you were wanting to prepare meals and eat there. The master shower was amazing but no place to put your personal items in the bathroom itself. Master bedroom had only two pillows and the light from the marina shown through as the blinds were not sufficient to block light. They provided 4 hangers for your clothing on a rack. Contacted property management and told them about dish towels they daid to use paper towels.

In fact, nobody replied to our messages at all. We sent one asking what you were in town for when you first booked. Then another after you checked in to see if everything was OK. We sent another two before and after your check-out. Had you voiced any of these concerns, we certainly would have done everything we could to try and make things right. There’s nothing we can do after the fact except to thank you for this valuable feedback so we may make improvements for future guests. We apologize that you did not experience the kind of 10/10 stay that our guests have come to expect. We hope to host you again so we can make it up to you.
