Chiquita Casitas - Macaw & Toucan - Coastal Caribbean Comfort
Tucked away on a very quiet, private road, in the heart of the tiny seaside village of Playa Chiquita, you can enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings of the jungle, and yet still be a few minutes walk to the center of the village and the spectacularly beautiful beaches of Playa Chiquita.
There are two, private, spacious, newly built, and very comfortable, one bedroom casitas on the large property. Enjoy fresh coconuts, bananas, limes, avocado, papaya, and cacoa from the surrounding trees, as well as the lush flowering gardens. Monkeys, Sloths, Toucans, Macaws and Agouti are some of the regular visitors to the property. Relax, decompress, and immerse yourself in the comfort of the Costa Rican Caribbean coast.

Cozy and quiet, with a 4 minute walk to the beach, great little community, fun and very tasty dinning options. And the best beaches in Costa Rica. And you are surrounded by Howler Monkeys, Capuchin Monkeys, Sloths, Agouti, Macaws, Toucans Parrots, Hummingbirds. Lush Caribbean plants, fruits and flowers.

What makes this property unique
Large piece of property almost 3/4 of an acre on a very quiet dead-end road. Plenty of room to move about with Coconut trees, banana trees, lime and papaya trees, and of course cacao trees.
Sloths love to hang out on the property, as well as the super cute Agouti. The monkeys will visit as will the macaws and toucans.
We even had a pair of rare bespectacled owls for a few months.
