Eight people, two bedrooms, four queen beds, and free parking. This spacious Venice apartment is great for family groups who want to actually enjoy LA together without feeling cramped. The Marina is a 20-minute walk, the beach is a short drive, and SoFi Stadium and LAX are both about 15 minutes away.

Both bedrooms have two queen beds each so everyone sleeps well, and two full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly. The living room is bright with plenty of seating, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use, and a dining table, Smart TV and fast WiFi are included for the nights you just want to stay in.

Good to know: one bedroom uses a curtain instead of a door, and the fourth bed is in an upstairs open loft with its own TV, most guests love it, but worth knowing ahead of time.
Free parking is included. No need to think about it.

House Rules:

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our family of four. Close to Venice and Santa Monica and easy to access the rest of LA.

The unit is not as described as it is truly a 2 bedroom plus an open loft area, plus an alcove that’s off the kitchen and living room turned into a bedroom (really weird). The unit was not well stocked, had only basic supplies, not enough towels, not enough kitchen plates, cups, one tiny chopping board, no decent knifes, no proper baking sheet. No tissues are provided, one kitchen towel, and the bare minimum towels, the powder bath didn’t even have a hand towel in it so you had to use the one kitchen towel to dry your hands. The access and parking is a pain, the parking spot is on the 6th floor which you have to climb 2 flights of stairs and an elevator that only takes you half way but the Unit is on the 1st floor so far away. You walk passed the dumpsters to get into the hallway to access the unit, they smell really bad and most of the time are overflowing, its pretty gross. Overall pretty disappointed, incorrect information provided from the host was a pain to contact and correct and zero information in the unit. They meet you at the unit to check in which while nice, is actually a pain to coordinate, but once we saw how complicated it was to access we understood why they do that. Watch out if you’re arriving late, they charge a late check-in fee anytime after 9pm which was not disclosed. Overall, unfortunately I would not recommend this townhouse and won’t be going back. The host was responsive and quick to communicate, but a disappointing stay and not worth it.

The location was very convenient for our stay and close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. We were only there for couple of nights so we didn't have enough time to explore. We were given detailed instructions for check in so it was pretty smooth. Yes the parking is on the 6th floor but we parked our car in the temporary guest parking to unload and drop off our luggage first. Once you park, you can take the stairs to the 4th floor and take the elevator to the 1st floor. Same system when leaving. My husband brought the car down and parked in the 1st floor guest parking while we brought out our luggage. Parking was free and I felt it was very safe and convenient so considering how much hotels in the area are charging for parking, I think this is a very nice perk.The host was very quick to respond and helpful. We had plenty of beds and privacy for everyone and it was nice to come back and have enough space to spread out after a long day. There were some recommendations and feedback we provided for the host and he was very responsive! Overall, we had a good stay!
