Great place to stay in a great part of Sacramento. Nice little house, very clean, with prompt responses from the host. Would definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The home was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was prompt and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again!
The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, the house was clean and nicely decorated, there was a board game for the kids to play, it’s close to Land Park, and there’s a tasty donut shop just a few minutes away!
This is an exceptional property. We found it to be very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding area is wonderful. There’s really nothing more that you can ask for. I have marked this location as a favorite.
Stayed overnight two separate times - breaking up a long trip from Southern to Northern California for the holidays. The house is quiet but central to everything: there’s William Land Park to walk our dog and the incredible Taylor’s Market for food. Make sure and grab something from Marie’s Doughnuts in the morning!
This house was adorable and in a great neighborhood. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. There is an awesome cafe Chocolate fish and Marie’s donut shop a short walk. From the house. The only thing I could add just for improvement. There are no mirrors in the bedroom and only one small bathroom, if you are traveling with a teenager make sure to bring a travel mirror. Also we wished there were chairs or even patio set to enjoy the cute backyard. There is nowhere to sit out there so we didn’t get to enjoy it like we anticipated.
We loved our stay. Very clean and cute house. The private backyard and quiet street were perfect for our kids and dogs to have some space to move. It was a quick drive to all the places we needed to go and we ended up walking in land park every day because it's so close. Many great restaurants nearby as well. We will definitely stay here again as we come to Sacramento often.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The good aspects, the property decor and neighborhood are nice. The area is quiet. It is a cute place. Air conditioning works well as does other appliances. Downsides include: the kitchen has minimum cooking pots and pans, no large bowls (for salad or mixing), storage container tops but no storage containers, and only a Kerub coffee maker and stovetop espresso maker. A Mr. Coffee or similar coffee maker would be nice for those of us that bring their own ground coffee. Communications with the host were poor. It appears to me, emails from the host (which appears to be Art House Abb LLC) are AI generated. When I asked a question via email, often the host (AI) would only answer a portion of the question which then required me to ask the question again. The initial written confirmation clearly indicates my arrival and departure dates, the price I paid, and that check-in information will be provided 3 days in advance of check-in. Two days prior to check-in, I requested our information from the host. The host notified me I needed to review the separate small print that indicates check-in information is provided 6 hours before check-in. Check-in information was provided roughly 4 hours before check-in. Multiple times I requested a contact phone number for the host in case there were any problems checking-in and/or there were any problems in general. The host’s response was “We do not have a sole phone number for contact as vrbo also montiors these messages”. No co
