Plum Point Villa - Stunning View In The Heart Of The Finger Lakes!

Stay in the center of everything that the Finger Lakes has to offer - wineries, breweries, sightseeing, boating and much more! This classic two-story lake house features a spacious, 180 degree lake-view living room, leading to a 14x20 foot deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Three bedrooms provide lots of room for friends and family - 1 King bed room, 1 Double bed room, and 1 with a queen and 2 single twins. Two full baths, both with shower/tub combo, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, linens and towels provided.

The private beachfront provides tons of room for gathering and relaxing, with a swimming area and dock. You can launch your boat from the owner's private boat launch right next door. Gather around the firepit for late night cheer and s'mores (roasting sticks provided). The large backyard has space for lawn games or hanging out under the canopy.

With two restaurants (open seasonally) within close walking distance, you may never have to cook! But if you feel like grilling out, there is a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, cookware and appliances needed to cook a great meal. Table and chairs are provided on the front deck and back patio so you can enjoy your meals with sunrises or sunsets.


PLEASE BE AWARE: There are several steps to reach the entrance of the house and the driveway is steep so the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

We had a wonderful girls trip here. The location is fantastic, with your own landing to jump in the lake and have a bonfire. A great deck to enjoy every meal with beautiful views. The house was clean, well kept and stocked with plenty of towels for everyone.

Great property. Just be aware there is a number of steps and an incline to bring items into the house. Also the fire pit is across the street by the water and an uphill walk back to the house. House was great. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Nice deck with view of the lake.

Melanie & Jared's property was fantastic! We loved sitting on the deck each morning drinking our coffee and at night relaxing. The house suited our needs perfectly. We were 6 adults plus 1 child and 1 baby. We were not crowded. Everyone had their space. The beds were super comfy. Everything was clean and well organized. There were no issues. Any questions we had, Melanie responded immediately. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was a perfect vacation!!! You won't regret booking this property.

The property is located on a hillside with stunning Seneca Lake views with water access across the road.The house was exactly as advertised: spacious and easily accommodated our needs which at times included 4 cousins (ages 2 - 7) playing together while we tended to the wedding preparations we were there for. The venue was a short 5 minute walk from the property. The area had little traffic and encouraged lazy strolls along the lake. The hosts were very accommodating and located close by in case any problems arose. There was a complete set of appliances minus a dish washer, but everything you needed was there in abundance. Mattresses and pillows were firm and supportive. Both bathrooms were full baths with tubs / showers. There was also access to washers and dryers on the property.The only challenge was a very steep driveway. However, the property also offers a spacious parking area that can handle 2 cars across the road in front of the property's water access area where we had access to lounge chairs and a firepit.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time along the Seneca Lake area.

The location of this house was spectacular! It was convenient to so many of the wineries the girls wanted to visit, with a restaurant and a boat and kayak rental place right next door. After a few days of winery hopping, we became particularly appreciative of anything that didn't require another drive around the lake.The outdoor space was one of the best parts of the property. The view from the deck was fantastic, and having our own lakefront area with a dock and fire pit was phenomenal. The dock provides easy boat access, and having rentals next door makes getting out on the lake easy. In early September, the sun came up almost directly across the lake from the dock, making for some magical mornings.The owners were responsive and helpful. The house was clean and cozy, the beds comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us were especially welcome after several hours on the road. That's just proper Finger Lakes planning.The house does show its age in places. The upstairs carpeting has clearly welcomed many years of vacationers and is probably ready for a well-earned retirement, but that didn't affect the cleanliness or comfort of our stay.It was a great home base and an equally nice place to return to, light the fire pit, enjoy our preferred evening refreshments, and watch the lake settle in for the night. We'd happily stay here again.
