House with 400 square meters of floor area. The upper part has 4 suites with split air conditioning and ceiling fan, cabinets, which accommodate 12 people.
The ground floor has a large living room with Led TV with cable TV and stereo.
Lunch and dinner room with a large bar, attached to the kitchen and outside, serving the barbecue and pizza oven.
Living room with official pool table. It is complemented with a toilet, a small dressing room by the pool, a pantry and service facilities, such as a maid's room and bathroom, laundry, ironing place, etc.
