Why they chose this property
The Preston Hollow neighborhood is one of the safest and best located in the city. You can walk across the street to excellent shopping and dining, as well as a well stocked grocery. The location is at the center of Dallas, with access to major freeways do anywhere is the city is a short easy drive! SMU, downtown Dallas & flourishing suburbs like Frisco within 15 minutes of this centrally located condo.
What makes this property unique
The condo is "stand alone" with a private entrance, so you never need to worry about noisy neighbors. Located in a historically significant building, it has the original "mid century modern" kitchenette from the 70s and a giant walk in closet. The property is well landscaped with nice lighting and walkways. It's a quiet, extremely comfortable place to live!
