The Mural at San Juan is located in the heart of Santurce, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in San Juan. We are within walking distance from eclectic coffee shops, restaurants, street murals, and the famed Lote 23. We are a few minutes' drive to Old San Juan, Condado, La Placita, Choliseo, Plaza Las Americas, Distrito T-Mobile & Coca-Cola music Hall and some of the best beaches in the area. There is a bus stop within close walking distance that connects you to the city.

Additionally, the premise is gated and we offer free parking.
The space
The Mural at San Juan 103 is a bright and airy apartment great for couples, families and friends looking for the perfect retreat in Puerto Rico. Its location and amenities make this place unique.
This spacious unit includes:

- 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed
- One full bathroom
- A kitchen that is equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, a
refrigerator, a gas stove/oven and a microwave.
- Dining area
- Dedicated workspace
- Living room equipped with a sofa bed that sleeps 2
- Outside balcony

Other amenities include fresh white towels, linens, blow dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel, iron, ironing board, hangers, and a safe for valuables. There is a free washer and a coin-operated dryer on-site for your use (Detergents are not included). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The unit is backed up by a power generator and a reserve water tank.

The apartment was perfect for our group of three. Very clean, easy to get to, central location and communication w the hosts was wonderful. Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

Quiet neighborhood

If looking for a peaceful and quiet place, this is a perfect spot to unwind. Clean and having parking was a plus. The host was friendly and helpful.

Skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first because there were no vrbo reviews but i took the chance. I have to say i was very pleased with the property. It was clean, no bugs at all inside, and had everything i needed. Its small but can easily accommodate 6 people. Fair warning for the overly large people, sitting on toilet is cramped. AC units in each room. There is a washer and dryer onsite, washer is free but you need to buy your own detergent, 25c for 5min for the dryer. Free parking on site if you rent a scooter or car. The area is great, quiet during the week a bit loud on the weekends but only up to 11pm. A lot of bars and restaurants within a 5min walk. There is a 24hr grocery store down the street in the center of a very nice plaza. The host was great and very responsive. There was a wifi issue and she got it fixed the next day. Will definitely stay here again. Almost forgot, There was a company party on a Wednesday in the parking lot and we got invited to drink. PR people are very friendly
