Wonderful stay

Loved this property!!

Stayed for 12 days and it was perfect!! The house is beautiful. Loved the pool. EVERYTHING we did and could have needed was provided. We’ve used VRBO often and this was by far our favorite. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining. Will stay here again and again! Sam checked with us right after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed! Great host! You won’t be disappointed.

Misleading Pricing and Cleaning Fee

We loved the property and had a great time. We were wrongly charged the cleaning fee as the management group/cleaning crew said we smoked inside and WE DID NOT! They used their "security" cameras to say we had a large gathering when by definition we did not. The place was emmacul

Place was not clean upon arrival, manager did refund us so was happy about that. Pool was not cleaned after addressing problems with that which was main reason for booking this place.

Uninhabitable Due to Cigarette Smoke and Negligent Host

This property was completely unsuitable for habitation. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no running water in the home. After contacting the host with no response, I found the water supply had been shut off and restored it myself.However, the most significant issue was the pervasive and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire house. Despite the host's claim of a "smoke-free" property (contradicted by the presence of cigarette butts outside), the smoke made it impossible to breathe comfortably. I was forced to leave the property in the middle of the night due to respiratory distress.My request for a full refund was denied by the host, despite acknowledging the presence of cigarette butts.Furthermore:The property is located in a less-than-desirable part of Chandler.The host demonstrated a complete lack of responsiveness and concern for guest well-being.I strongly advise against renting this property unless you are a heavy cigarette smoker and do not mind a potentially unsafe and unsanitary environment.
