Great view from the deck. Quiet location and outside bar was a big hit. Would defintely book this beautiful property again! The home had a real beach cottage vibe to it and worked perfectly for a gathering of old friends.

Great House for a Big Family Group!

We had such a wonderful stay! We had a group of 8 adults and 5 kids, and the beach house was a great fit for everyone. There was plenty of space for our group, and we had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The house was comfortable, clean, and a perfect place for making memories together. We truly had a great time and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Always an Incredible Experience

Nothing says vacation like staying at one of Katie's properties. Our family has utilized her beautiful homes on multiple occasions and there has never been an issue. Home is always very clean, updated, and has all the extra amenities to not have to haul them with you to make everything more convenient. If you want to unwind and not worry about anything to maximize your vacation, stay at one of her lovely properties.

October at Shell Yeah

A very nice house in a great location. The house is very clean and well maintained. It is well stocked with dishes, utensils and towels, the beds are comfortable with good pillows, and there are plenty of beach accessories available. The pool is very nice and routinely maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at an amazing beachside getaway

We had a great time at the Shell Yeah house. We were a group of 5 adults & 6 young children and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space inside and out. The kids loved the pool and chair swings. The kitchen was spacious and great for making large dinners, and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat together at the dining room table or outside where there were numerous gathering areas. The 3 refrigerators came in handy, and having 2 levels meant that kids could easily take naps without being disturbed. Katie was great with communication and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay at Shell Yeah again for future trips to SC and highly recommend to other guests!

Shell Yeah Oceanfront Beach House

We had an amazing time at the property! Perfect place for our family vacation. We were a group of 11 and the set up of 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms worked out wonderfully. Ample kitchen/dining space with a large family room enabled us to have room for all to enjoy.The 2 upper decks were comfy and we had a beautiful view of the dunes and ocean. We all enjoyed the pool, and the beach for body surfing, shelling, and walking. Local shopping and restaurants were enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

There were just a couple of maintenance issues but nothing we couldn't deal with. The house was a great arrangement for our group. The young adult group took over the lower level and it was perfect for them. Communication with the owner was the best ever. We had a great time!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an incredible stay at Shell Yeah! Our family created so many wonderful memories during our time here. The weather was perfect, and the kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The large open kitchen made meal time a breeze. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail in keeping the property clean and well-maintained was much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! We’ll definitely be back!!

Location, Location, Location!

This beach house is well-appointed, well-maintained, and has an absolutely amazing location! It's literally steps from the beach - close enough to carry a Happy Hour tray - a short walk to beautiful Cherry Grove Point, and a quick bike or golf cart ride to all of the fun Cherry Grove has to offer. The house is also built for fun with a big yard for bocce, horseshoes, and cornhole, as well an outdoor bar and fire pit for later nights. The hosts are very responsive and excited to share their local knowledge to enhance your stay.

Location was great and overall the property was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few issues that should be addressed with the property manager though. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, the margarita machine had a significant amount of mold inside, the drain in master upstairs bedroom shower was clogged, there were empty beer cans left in downstairs closet, the light in upstairs fridge didn't work, the drawer in upstairs fridge was broken (no track), there was ice melted in the freezer, and the walls were bowing downstairs like there was water damage at some point. The worst part was that my 80 year old mother sat in a chair at the outdoor table on the back deck and fell backwards because it was broken!
