Welcome to our villa, located in a secure, gated community near Champions Gate. Just a 15-minute drive from the enchantment of Walt Disney World, our villa is also conveniently close to other major attractions, including Universal Studios Florida, SeaWorld, and Legoland. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to several public golf courses, such as Champions Gate Golf Club and Providence Golf Club, offering exceptional golfing experiences.

Set against the backdrop of a conservation area, our villa is a peaceful retreat. The outdoor area is a standout feature, boasting a 30 ft. pool with a waterfall and spa. Furnished with sun loungers and a cozy seating area under the Lanai, it's perfect for relaxing evenings. A charcoal grill is available for enjoyable barbecue nights.

This spacious villa, covering over 3,500 sq. ft. and spread across two floors, exudes luxury and comfort. It features dual-zone air conditioning and includes three beautifully decorated reception rooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, six elegantly designed bedrooms, four and a half upscale bathrooms, and a handy laundry room. The main living area, ideal for gathering, is furnished with plush seating, including a leather sectional sofa and a dining table for six. It features a 60-inch TV complemented by a soundbar and equipped with a Roku stick, providing all the apps for your entertainment and access to full cable channels. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the villa.

Next to the dining area that seats 12, the family room offers a panoramic view of the pool deck and is furnished with an elegant 3-piece suite, a 55-inch TV with a Roku stick and a Blu-Ray player. The kitchen is a delight for those who love to cook, featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a full range of modern conveniences. The second-floor media room is an entertainment oasis, equipped with cozy seating, a 55-inch TV also with a Roku stick, a PlayStation 4 and an air hockey table.

Each bedroom is carefully curated for maximum comfort and includes nightstands with built-in lights, table lamps, ceiling fans, USB chargers, and TVs, all enhanced with Roku sticks. Hypo-allergenic bedding in each room ensures a restful night's sleep. The Primary Bedroom Suite is particularly luxurious, with an en-suite bathroom, corner tub, and walk-in shower.

Children will be delighted with the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and a princess themed bedroom, each furnished with twin beds. Additional bedrooms share well-appointed bathrooms, and there's a conveniently located bathroom on the ground floor.

For younger guests, amenities like a foldable crib, pack n play, high chair, stroller, and various toys are available, alongside safety features like stair gates, door alarms to the patio and a pool fence with gated access and a child lock, ensuring the safety of our little visitors.

The villa also features seamless keyless entry, a sophisticated security alarm, a heated private pool and spa with safety measures, entertainment for kids, Blu-Ray players, free high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary long-distance calls to the USA and Canada, and optional access to various amenities.

A large driveway provides ample parking space for up to 4 cars.
