Wonderful location that fit our family of 22 for 4 days. Enjoyed the clean home with wonderful amenities. Beach is easily accessible and provided a fun place to gather our teenagers to swim or just simply walk along the waves. Beautiful sunsets and the fire pit added a great touch to the evenings. Host stayed in touch and made themselves available should any questions arise.Recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the beach with plenty of waves to be had.

This was a great house for our family reunion. Lots of nice bedrooms, a large comfortable great room with an extra big table for meals and games. We used the upstairs room, with the second kitchen area and big outdoor tables, as a playroom for our two toddlers. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and for letting the toddlers have a place to swim. At low tide we felt like we had a private beach right in front of our house. We would gladly stay there again!

House was great and location is also very good. Beautiful views from balcony at each level. And easy walk to water. Sunset views from balconies are priceless. We could go to ocean and watch sunset from there as well. Only for sunset views from house and water, we would go there again.Host has been very helpful. I had asked for something almost every day and it was fulfilled very quickly. Couple of things to watch out for:Parking is complicated in garage. If you have bigger suvs, you can’t even park one car in garage. And only one in front of house on road. But parking was available on most of the days within 100-200 yards. We had all 6 cars parked outside in road every day. Most of the rooms have small independent A/Cs which doesn’t help if temps are in 80s. We had tough time because of unseasonable warm temps. Was difficult to stay inside the house from 12pm till 10pm

Gorgeous and spacious property with amazing ocean views and access that was perfect for an extended family vacation!The parking was more limited than expected, as larger cars did not fit in the garage, but the host was helpful and assisted in accommodating our parking needs.

Do we want to come back? Yes, yes, yes! Fifteen of us, our entire immediate family in one beautiful, spacious unforgettable place at one time is a rare occasion. We couldn't have asked for more, except maybe a couple of boogie boards for the kids. This oceanfront location was spectacular for our beach loving family.

We loved the house. And we enjoyed our stay. We experienced some leaks in the main living/dining room from the extensive rain that the owners will want to resolve prior to additional guests.

Great spot for group of friends!

So this place is 5 stories- kinda hard to tell from pics but there is 2 kicker floors, 4 floors with sleeping areas, and a ton of bathrooms!We enjoyed the outdoor area, spa and of course the steps down to the beach!

The minute you enter the property, the first thing you hear is the roaring lapping of ocean waves and then you see those waves as if you’re right on top of them! It was such a unique and comfortable experience for our party of 21 total guests to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We stayed in the house the entire weekend purely because it was so relaxing and comfortable.

Great location

Great location right on the beach and plenty of space for 8 people to have a work retreat. The inside is definitely built/decorated to be a vacation rental but with 5 separate levels, plenty of bedrooms & bathroom and incredible views, it's overall a great rental.

Lovely ocean front home

My group of 12 women truly enjoyed your beach home. Loved all the open views and balconies to enjoy the waves. House had everything we needed and was very clean.

When we arrived we had all kinds of plans to see the beaches and attractions of Oceanside and San Diego. That all changed when we opened the wall to the most spectacular, breathtaking view of the beach. We were so taken by the views and sounds of the beach we completely forgot about all the plans we made. We had the most amazing time staying local and just enjoying the beach. The host was great to work with and communication was easy.

Great option in Oceanside for a big group

Rented this house for a couple days with 8 guys and it was perfect. Shared bathrooms was the only downside and the property isn't in pristine condition (typical beach town stuff) but overall highly recommend.

Beautiful home and beach!

The property was spacious and clean. We were a large family so I really appreciated that there was always a bathroom handy if you needed one. There were many convenient ways to access the beach and I liked that the bedrooms were spread out on each floor; it felt private and simultaneously communal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Work trip

We booked the house for a work trip and it was perfect for our group. We could walk everywhere or get a quick ride on the Goside to restaurants and bars. THe house was great for our 9 party group and the accommodations worked perfectly for our meetings. Our host was excellent and communicated amazingly throughout. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Property at the Beach

The property was in the perfect location. As advertised our 22 person party really did have enough beds and space to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was set up to be able to feed our large party with no trouble (enough plates, silverware, glasses, and pans). Overall it was an excellent property!!!

The location was good. House was clean. It's nice to have multiple refrigerators. But...1) the house was advertised with parking for 5 cars but other times, parking for 3 cars;2) Ground floor bedroom is NOT a legit bedroom because it was no door nor visual privacy;3) Multiple bathroom fans don’t work;4) Needed multiple calls to the manager to fix upstairs dishwasher;5) A top floor bedroom had a water leak in the ceiling. Because of the water stains on the ceiling, this leak has a history.6) Would have liked to access broadcast TV channels easily. TV control is too confusing.

On the beach. Literally. Easy walk to downtown Oceanside, but in a very quiet part of the beach. Incredible views. Nice rooms. Very good price. Very clean place. We had a friends reunion with 16 of us. Great kitchen made meals easy and fun. Walk right onto the sand from downstairs. Hot-tub! Awesome.

No garbage disposal in the kitchen sink seemed like an oversight and was inconvenient, and some of the furnishings are a bit tired but all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

We hope this is not too much of an inconvenience for our guests, as almost all of our homes have dishwashers.
