Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If excess towels are used please start a load in the washer before departure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any guests beyond the number listed will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. If there is evidence of smoking in the home you will be assessed a $200 fee.
No unauthorized parties, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you break this rule.

I stayed just one night on a long drive with my dog. Back yard was excellent for the dog and would have been great to enjoy for a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable and location was perfect for me. Would stay again.

Wonderful home

The house was perfect for our needs. Quiet location with huge back yard for dog. Hot tub was wonderful and the house felt like home. Perfect for a family traveling with a dog.

Cozy home

The home is clean and exactly as advertised. They even had extras that other homes we have stayed in did not (coffee pods, laundry detergent, towels, etc). The hot tub was great! The beds are comfy and the couch is oversized. We definitely would rebook if we ever come to the area again.
